Well I guess I'll join in here. I'd like to go ahead and throw out a challenge/offer. If anyone can destroy the Super Sportster, I'll give you what's left of it (minus engine and electronics, of course). There's plenty of good fuelsoaked balsa and clear packing tape to put to good use elsewhere, so don't let this opportunity pass you by.

Of course, we all know the Sportster is completely invincible anyway.

Where is Steve when we need him?
He did not show this past weekend, I think that Margo may have put her foot down. ;) :P
Steve prob through with RC, he gave it a good run, but we know that this is a demanding hobby and some just not up to it. :banghead:
He might be more interested in learning something easy like flying full scale airplanes.
I think that Steve has his sights set on being a 747 pilot :aircraft: or a fighter plane jockie. :pilot:
That way, when he screws up, he will not be able to stew :paci: about it for a week or two. :o

no I am not through with R/C, I'll be around a good while. I just haven't had the time to work on my stuff lately, I tore the raptor down last night and will be making achristmas list for Margo so that when it comes back it is "LIKE NEW" again. So I won't be flying a chopper again till after christmas but that is OK because I probably won't get to come to the field much till after christmas anyway. I just checked the calendar and realized that combat is this Sundaay so I will try to make it out for that. How many others are planning to get in on the action this Sunday, I ahte to spend all week getting battle ready and be teh only one who shows up.

Full scale lessons will start sometime after the 1st of teh year but I will still make plenty of trips to teh field.

OK, I did not win The $20 dollars but I did come home with the best looking plane. Lets see there were eight plane's that started the day and only 2 made it to the finish. myself and Alvin & He was all bruised up. David,Steve,Andrew,Frit's,& both Mike's did not do so good but they did have a big pile of wood. :crying: SORRY GUY'S :parachute:
