Tony is might proud of it and is going to order some custom painted fins to match the canopy. Be a sad day if this chopper goes in.

Also caught him at hobby shop practicing his 3D moves on the flight simulator. His best flying was with the "Wright Flyer" though.

Steve was also caught at hobby shop buying his new highly durable combat plane to have ready for this Sunday. I could not take any pictures because is supposed to be a surprise. Can say that it is Red & White and a Webra .50 in it.

Well, today was the day. :newstuff:
Tony's new Raptor Titan took to the air for the first time.
We got it ready just before dark and fired the engine up and the first flight went very well and without incident.
Although it flew with the stock canopy.
Seems that Tony's wife Rene got hold of the fancy painted canopy and wraped it and placed under the Christmas tree with orders for Tony not to open it till Christmas. :crying:

On A side note:
As most yawl know, David Lanzo has been hovering his Hawk chopper for about five years with only one crash.
Here lately he has been doing some forward flight with Tal on the buddy box cord.
Today David cut the cord and made a wonderfull forward flight all on his own. :hyper:
We were all so proud for David and I know he felt a great sense of accomplishment.
Good job.

congrats to both of you, David looked like an old pro and Tony's chopper seemed like it was setup good and flying real smooth. Just in time for the ACMA Helicopter fly in next week. I look forward to seeing both of you show off your chopper skills at the event.

Tony you better start sucking up to Rene now so maybe she will let you have the canope early so you can show it off at the fly in saturday.
