Title: Futaba FP-R127DF with Lipo?
Description: Is it possible?

I have a Futaba FP-R127DF that i took out of my Mayhem and would like to know if i can use it with my Slow Stik brushless? If so do i just hook up my servos and ESC the same way they hook to the GWS? I just don't want to fry my Rx by plugging in a 3 cell lipo and running too many volts through it.

Should work fine as long as you're using the esc..

Yea Ralph, It'll work just like the GWS... the reciever gets its power from the BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) in the ESC its around 5 volts...

Later,
Jake

Thank you guys for the reply. This was less risky than just plugging them together and checking. I now have faith that i will not fry anything.
