Very good Avistar and you will have it built in hardly no time at all.
It ought to be good flying airplane when you work up to flying it from your trainer nitro plane.
I like the way you have the wheels mounted, ought to roll real easy.

ICEMAN - February 9, 2008 04:25 AM (GMT)
Avistar, How long have you been working on this ARF build?
I thought that you had finished this project a year ago!
Avistar 2 - February 9, 2008 04:52 AM (GMT)
I got back to it, but I was in the move durning that time.
and I had to pack up my things at the time IceMan.
plus I had to go to the hardware store to get some matching bolts and nuts .
Including some lock washers for the engine, when they pack the OS 46 they did'nt
put the same bolts .
All I saw was ony 2 medium mounting bolts and only 2 nuts , and 2 longer bolts
the other 2 nuts was not here the muffler blots was in there.
gezz why can't they pack things right.
I also have to order a extension for the os adjustment knob
13390 - 46 LA
Needle valve exstion

I saw one fly at our field Thursday!
Great flying plane for an intermediate pilot!
It could probably be good for a beginner if you keep the throws, and speed down!
Also, either take a sealing iron to the edges of the covering or do a speedy glue to the edges with a q-tip and CA!
The covering don't seem to like the hot oil! :hmm:
Avistar 2 - February 9, 2008 11:35 PM (GMT)
Well I really wanted a Goldberg Tiger 2
but I had to get this instead
