Yep, I was just about to post this. Page 8 of the Mobile County Neighbors section.
Someone from work just brought it to me and said "Hey, don't you fly these? Thought you might think this was cool." I took one glimpse and said "Yeah, that is cool. That's me in the orange shirt."
They have some good pictures. Not a lot of detail about the club or anything, but good pics.
And in case anyone was wondering, the desired RPM for Billy's Zero is 69,000 RPM! :o

WoW!!!!! A big page full of pics :)
I wan't a motor like Billy's got
Billyfrost - June 8, 2006 01:01 PM (GMT)
I will sell my 69,000 rpm motor to the highest bidder! Bids start at $1000.00. No guarantee is made by me that it will achieve anything over 6900 rpms, but, the Press Register says 69,000 so it MUST be true.

What paper was it in? I obtained a used copy of yesterdays (wednesday June 7th) Mobile Press register and could not find the article or a Mobile County Neighbors section.

I didn't get to see the whole paper, someone just brought me this page. I think the Mobile County Neighbors section (in the Mobile Press Register) may be inside the Metro section or something like that.
Mr.Incredible - June 10, 2006 03:26 PM (GMT)
Well I found it finally, after looking through two seperate copy's that someone had at work (both assuring me it was the entire paper) and not finding it. I came acroos another on and there it was, I have since learned that if you buy your Mobile Press Register in Baldwin county you do not get the neighbors section you get some kind of Balwin County section instead. So only the copy's sold in Mobile County contained the page about the fly in.
Hope you guys have fun this week end, birthdays and work will keep me from making it. I guess I'll miss the Decathalon's first flight and the Raptor Titan(ium) long anticipated first flight, and Lee Hughes first SOLO, hopefully I won't be missing any crashes.
