I will be at the field Tomorrow, Tue, (5-30) at about 1:00 ish to start preppin :banana: I will have a new light to put up at the south end.

Some wood to repair the table that is coming apart.

The stuff to put in ft of the pilot pads.

A rake to help clean up along the driveway.

Some long nales to fix where the carpet is loose. (We don't want our guests to trip)

Does anyone have a gas edger we can use to trim the runway real nice???

For Saturday and Sunday If you have a Can-O-Pee we can use, that would be nice :)

Also, to the folks that said thay have radios thay will let us use, don't forget to charge them up :thumbup:

I have 4 of the radios but the batteries are all dead :wacko:

We have four that will be ready by then.

I'm going to get a 48 pack of batterys from HTU.

I will be cutting grass wednesday and thursday. I hope that anyone not helping and wanting to fly will understand that the grass must be cut before friday and can't be put off.
Jeff Foster will be doing the weedeating.
The trash dumpster just got serviced again and we can get the trash barrels all emptied.
I will start at field gate and pick up the lunch trash so nicely left thrown around by the work crew that was working on the drain pipe at field entry. And will get the limbs and stuff left to right side if entry road by the crew that cut down overhanging tree limbs along the west chain link fence.
Will do as good a grass cutting as can on the new U-control circle Andy cut out.
Will wash off pavillion floor and clean it up some.
Friday will be grocery shopping day I think.
Start cooking Saturday morning for the free breakfast.

I was unsuccessful in getting EMT people for this weekend. It is hard to get people to give up their weekend without pay. If anyone can get first aid help maybe they should.

i will ask some friends of mine and see what answers i get today on the EMT's

Wanted to say Thanks to Don Koval and everyone that helped!!! I think Don was out at the field every day the week before the District V Jamboree working, then on the weekends holding meetings trying to get everything organized so that we didn't end up looking like a bunch of monkeys ;)
