Title: 4.8 or 6 Volts???

Slappy - May 23, 2006 05:52 AM (GMT)
My new JR 9303 radio came with DS8311 Digital servo's (125 oz/in and .18sec @ 4.8V) and on JR's website they only give a rating for 4.8 Volts. I have a 1100mah JR 4.8V pack and a 2700mah 6V pack from Expert, I know my Gyro can go either way, cause Justin used 6V when he had it and it still works great!

My Question is, should I go ahead and use 6 volts? They dont have any warning not to use it, but dont give any rating with it either!

What to do???

Jake

I opened a topic on Runryder about this and it has a few replies now.

Thanks Alvin, I think I'm gonna stick with the 5 cell 2700mah pack!

By the way if you want that switch shoot me a PM and I'll meat you at Hobbytown one day...

Later,
Jake
