Our branch is based in Wollongong and we hold our meetings on the 2nd Sunday of each month at Kanahooka High School. Meetings start at 7.30pm.
Every month we have a talk about a certain species of cichlids or a talk related to keeping and caring for freshwater fish from the family Cichlidae.
We also have a trade table available to members and we sell aqurium products and foods at very competitive prices.
The Illawarra branch also has a fully stocked libarary, which is only available to its members.

The NSWCS produces its own mag/newsletter. As a member you will recieve 4 mags a year which are full of usefull information about fish and fish keeping
Membership also gets you access to lower rates of commision when selling fish at our Major Auction, which is usually held in June each year. It will also get you the same deal with the Major Auction held in Sydney twice a year
