IMPORTANT EVENTS:
Membership renewals are now due.
The forms for membership renewal where sent out last month with the newsletter. A single membership will cost $25 while a family membership (two or more) will cost is $35. It is imperative that your membership money is received before the start of the August A.G.M; otherwise you will be ineligible to vote or hold a committee position. Josh will have extra forms ready on the night for those who have need of another.

A.G.M will be held the 12th August 2007.
This is the most important club meeting of the year. You have the opportunity to voice your opinions and influence the way the club is operated. All club positions will become vacant -

Liaison Officer
Publicity
Librarian
Councilors
It would be great to see some new faces taking on these roles. All of the positions are straight forward and should not take up too much time. Members of the committee are very helpful and are more than happy to help out if needed.

25th YEAR REUNION - September 1st 2007
This year is The New South Wales Cichlid Society celebrates its 25 years of Incorporation. To celebrate, the club is holding a get-together. Hopefully all those who wish to attend have returned their registration form to Sydney.

Auction Day Wrap Up:
We would like to take the time to thank all those involved with the June Auction. As always, without your help the auction would not have been the success it was. It took 6 hours to auction 486 lots, with $1200 going to the club. A great effort! We would also like to thank our sponsors:

On The Menu:
The A.G.M.will only take a short time to complete, so hopefully Alex will be presenting a talk while Josh will finally work out who won our mammoth four part quiz.

Breeders Program:
The breeders program is currently in the process of being ‘overhauled’. Hopefully the committee will be able to come to a conclusion soon.

We forgot to draw the winner of the quiz. The members who are in the running are as follows:

Trade Table:
We have the usual array of food available on our trade table this month, such as small algae wafers, OSI spirulina flake and Orca pellets. We should be restocking soon, so keep your eyes out for some great bargains.
