The organization has been kept under wraps since the 1947 cover up crash in Roswell, New Mexico. These are the people that covered it up and split open whatever survived. The group consists of special training military soldiers and scientists. They take their job very serious and will stop at nothing to get to the truth…

In 1980 when the death of Magnus Briar hit the media as a suicide, PIRA was there knowing otherwise. Since then they have been investigate Galway Bay and have found stories and legends of kings uniting with dragons and a big bad guy that is suppose to be sleeping underneath an academy.

The job only gets even more interesting because Harbor Academy is filled with all sorts of strange people with powers. Even some of their long lost experiments have found their way to Ireland to seek shelter. Only they won’t be safe for very long.
