Title: Smarty Jones loses

After all of the hype and the fact that he was going up against a bunch of nobodys smarty jones lost about 2 hours ago. I find it hilarious that he couldn't beat a bunch of losers, what do you guys think?

horse racing is only good for betting on...and comparing smarty jones to Seattle Slew is an insult to all elmer's glue. :blink:

I don't think that its the whole triple crown its just belmont, its an extra quater mile long and if you seen the race thats exactly where smarty lost, its just too long

yes but the horse conditioned to do the long race is not usually the one who runs the shorter races fast

Some people say that winning the Triple Crown is almost impossible now. But your right Smarty lost it in the last leg, in any other race he would have won.
