I played a test game against them, (using eldar models just to see what the rules were like). They were pretty good, a bit on the delicate and small side, but HYPER elite in combat :D :D :D

At 25 points a basic trooper, theses guys must be elite! Very nasty as you say in combat, and with their characters are pretty cool too.

I think their biggest prob. is a lack of strong anti-tank, but you can ally them with eldar to give then that.

The Harlequins are a group of Eldar that roam the Eldar webway that fight chaos but are also a form of entertainment for the other Eldar. If you think of jesters in brightly colour costumes with shuriken pistols, daggers etc with Eldar heads then you've got a picture of a basic Harlequin.
They make extensive use of technology in battles and in their performances, using "flip belts" to leap around in the air and to hang in the air (like a ghost or something) and they also wear a costume that contains a small holo-field generator so that they can appear to be stuff like a Space Marine or Guardsmen or whatever they really need.
Another thing is that they always wear masks which are potent items of wargear in battle. Theres the mask of fear which makes their enemies a little scared and then theres a few others. If you have any questions, please ask!

hey yo you seem to know alot about eldar can you look at my friends army and tell me what you think cuz he whooped my ass and i wanna know weather it was skill or just pure luck. Thanks man. 8)
