I am so pissed. PISSED. I just read in the new SOD that Marcus Patrick is doing a day part on Passions on June 6th. He is playing a priest. He was also just cast as a Jamal recast on AMC. He first airs on June 29. WTF is up with JER? How could he not give Marcus a contract role as Whitney's new love interest? Have you see the man? He is FINE. Now he is going to AMC and will be wasted on a stupid Erin and Aidan triangle. God JER sucks.

He could bring on a love interest but he has a jones for Divins. I don't know why. Divins can't act and has no chemistry with Brook.

Whitney is being wasted on Chugh, Why? I don't know...Whitney should have been first to get a new man over Theresa(granted she needs one as well). JER could have brought Frank back or given Whitney a new love since her last lovestory was shafted for this incest sh*t.

Jamal is the adopted son of Tom Cudahy and Livia Frye Cudahy. His biological father was Alec McIntyre but Jamal wanted to stay with Tom and Livia so he took Alec to court. He was last seen in 95. Since McTavish is a lot like JER in some aspects of her writing, I don't see Jamal having a lot of scenes with his mom or will AMC bring Tom back. He will probaly spend most of his time with Aidan and Erin while his family ties will be ignored. :rant:

Oh HELL naw, I just looked him up on IMDB. He IS kinda fine. I hope he can act, but if he has to hang against Tanya Pinkins, then I'm assuming he can't be TOO shabby. Certainly better than Divins.

This is Mctavish. I am not expecting him to have a lot of scenes with Tanya Perkins. He may at first but they will probably diminsh as time goes on.

Grrrrr, almost every girl is getting a new love interest except for Whitney. If they can bring Beth back after a few years, why not Frank? Passions had so many missed oppurtunities but they are REALLY pushing it this time :hair:

maybe it is that guy. they made it seem like his only other friends out in la were puff dog and crew, who clearly wouldnt want to have anything to do with him now.

i would HOPE its that guy since theyre going to do this route, maybe they could redeem themselves a fraction by having the dude actually have a tie-in with the show, be a character that's been mentioned/seen before, and not just some 'random friend.'
