i was just wondering why i no shes very bussy rasing a family but why wasnt she at the disaster event?? i really wanted to see pics of her and it was really disapionting tht she wasnt there! :D

personally, i believe brook didnt show up bc she doesnt believe in or want to promote the disaster, and how it effects her character. in my own little world, i have my own scenario, but im sure shes very frustrated with the course jer is taking, and prob nicely told them in her signature cordial way that she would not be in attendance. why would she want to go wave to fans, be photographed, and be interviewed because her character is involved in incest? i would think that none of the actors in this storyline would want to promote it.

i just dont think it agrees with her morals. so she decided to pass.

as for everything else, brook is just naturally private. she isnt seen out a lot, only when its really important to her. i love that about her. she has always made it a point to be at all the major fanclub events.

Imo she doesnt care to promote incest. Thats why she came out with that article in the mags after Divins saw it fit to speak for her character. Its incest that is being told NOT a lovestory anyone who speaks out in support of the story is promoting incest. She wants no part of that

She plays her character with dignity and grace and she is protecting the integrity of her character and her reputation as an actress and role model in the best way that she is able to.

I have tremendous respect for her.

Brook is an amazing person. She is smart, talented, beautiful and she has good morals. I think she has grown as an actress and she is more comfortable with herself now. I 'm glad she spoke out for her character, she is the one who plays Whitney and has her played from the beginning. She plays Whit with such poise, class and dignity that its refreshing. She makes you believe that there is still hope for Foxney. :heart:
