I hate stupid plot devices not based in logic.
I keep on going back to this..
Theresa is Mrs. Alistair Crane.
She SUPPOSEDLY has alll this power.
WHY hasn't she, NOT ONCE, brought up bringing Ethan and Gwen back into court for JANE'S CUSTODY.
I'm still waiting for an explanation on that.
Since she SAYS she doesn't want Ethan anymore...then it should be all about JANE.
GETTING JANE BACK.
But, nada.
I don't get that, and never will.
