I was watching today, and Chad and Whitney were getting their things out of their room. Simone comes in and starts talking. I can't recall what she really said but it showed a closeup of Chad's face while she was talking. It showed him grin at her and then he gave her this evil look right before the camera switched over.

I think it could be foreshadowing over a Simone and Chad feud over Whitney. But I could of promised that Chad gave Simone that evil look.
