Make it to the Super Bowl? Sure. NFC's weak this year and it looks like the only threat is Atlanta. It's possible that a 7-9 or (GASP!) a 6-10 team could end up with the final NFC wildcard spot.

Win the Super Bowl? Probably not.

A big play mutant like Terrell Owens is someone defenses gameplan for. Without that threat to take away coverage, the Eagles' other "Skill" players will get more attention from defenses. Todd Pinkston doesn't draw the type of respect or attention that TO does. He's a scrawny lil' shit. Plus, Brian Westbrook will draw more coverage when he goes out for a pass. Less options for the Eagle offense.
