Title: Denver loses to Oakland

In a boring year in the NFL with no upsets, good teams keep winning, bad teams keep losing, we finally have someone good lose which is Denver losing to the Raiders in the snow at mile high. They might have blown the division with this loss and Chargers win.

this is so boring. does anyone remember a year with 3 10-1 teams. its ridiculous. im so sick of those patriots winning. its way too much.

So Denver's a "good team"? Pat Bowlen thanks you for the compliment...but they're overrated. Their system was figured out by the rest of the league around 2001. This was the type of game they routinely blew last year, and the type where Champ Bailey was supposed to make a difference. This was identical to last year's choke against the Patriots.

I think 1990 had three 10-1 teams. 49ers, Giants and Bills were all rolling. Yes, it was rather "boring"...and resulted in stuff like the Saints getting into the playoffs at 8-8.

I don't necessarily think it's boring. New England, maybe...but at 10-1 with a rookie QB, Pittsburgh's anything but boring. Eagles might be exciting at 10-1...but we all know 10-1 doesn't win NFC title games, so nobody cares.

Edit: By typing "Oakland" in your topic line, you've made a few Raider banners pop-up here. Funny. I'll have to add "Renee Herlocker" to my topic line next time I start a Broncos thread. Or "CNN's Erica Hill" next time I add a random news item.

wow funny that Raider banner is all over your site now. I am very sorry. I hope it goes away soon.
