So..the other night I was glancing through an old WWF magazine from late 1989. A big article talked about the mini-return of Bad News Brown in November. It mentioned that Bad News would be facing both Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior in respective title matches.
Searching around, I've been able to find results of Hogan pinning Bad News from November into January 1990. But I haven't seen any results from Warrior-Bad News matches (or if they even had a match for that matter). Was Bad News held down by the man, AGAIN?! C'mon.. Bad News vs. Warrior seems like one of my dream matches...suckas gots ta' know.
Did you check out Graham Cawthons site or message board? I am sure somewhere there will know.
Sure did. Can't find any record of Warrior meeting Bad News.
While searching through those results, I noticed that the Blue Blazer and Paul Roma were pretty much Brown's personal bitches for most of 1989. Blazer did get a hometown DQ win in Alberta, though.
Maybe Bad News was happy he never had to fight the Warrior. He would probably rank having to wrestle the Warrior every night for several weeks higher on his embarrassment list than being accidentally crapped on by Andre the Giant.
