I love Lisa Kudrow...'are you single? are you gay? are you working?' she cracks me up. lol

Other than that, I know I'm gonna bawl my eyes out when I see this movie. I'm gonna have to bring the box of Kleenex with me.

Oh, and only Gerry can pull off those boxers with suspenders...he's always so cute in suspenders...even though they are supposedly out of fashion...oh well, he looks adorable in them! He's so sweet...it will probably even out his character in Shattered. lol

I'm gonna miss his real accent though...he started to sound like that leprecaun on the box of Lucky Charms...bless his heart. lol

This movie is gonna make him famous, I can feel it...I know we say that every time...well for 300 anyway..but this time I think it will happen.

she was always my favorite on 'friends'...no matter what i see her in, she's always be phoebe. including this movie--those lines are highly reminiscent of pheobe lol.

so yea...*agree*

the irish accent thru me off. for some reason i kept thinking that they were american in the book and moved to ireland..silly me, i know. but now that i realize..i feel better lol.

lucky charms leprechaun..*lmao* i think Gerry would get a kick outta that one..

i think you're right, starshine...300 put Gerry on the map..this one will make him famous. *sigh*...here's to hoping!

No, Mischa, they were always in Ireland in the book...Cecilia Ahern is the daughter of the prime minister of Ireland, so they or, I guess I should say he was going to be Irish. When I read the book, I couldn't picture Hillary Swank with an Irish accent, so I'm glad she's American in the movie. If it weren't for Cecilia being the prime minister's daughter, Gerry could have kept his Scottish accent (isn't that the way it is though? either he has his accent, but in a costume, or he doesn't have a costume, and he has a British or American accent....and even if they ever give him a role with contemporary clothes and his regular accent, the character won't be named Gerry...it can never be perfect I guess lol). Oh well. It makes more sense that they're in America and he's foriegn, Irish, and her going to Ireland instead of Greece..I never liked the fact that it was Greece, no offense to Greece, I just didn't see it [it's called deus en machine, when something happens in a story that the author can't get out of, so all of a sudden the story changes, but the reader didn't see it coming...world literature class lol]...it fits better...I just hope they left in my favorite part of the whole book, where he takes a taxi while she's away or doesn't know...I can't remember and books the trip...it made me cry, but I want to see it. The book made me cry just imagining Gerry, now, in 2d, I dont know. lol

Am I not right about the Lucky Charms leprecaun? It's true, you know it is. You all were thinking it, but I'm the one who typed it out. lol Chickens. lol I hope I can make him laugh... *luvgb*

Oh, and on a side note, want to know how to say Scotland in German? it's 'Schottland' pronounced Shot-landt...I thought it was cool, anyway. lol

THEY FILMED PART OF IT IN IRELAND NEAR MY PENPALS TOWN---SHE WAS ON ALERT TO GRAB HIM AND MAIL HIM TO ME, BUT ALAS THEIR PATHS NEVER CROSSED!
ACCENT OR NOT, COSTUME OR NOT, WHATEVER *luvgb*
