Many wrestlers from TNA, Ring of Honor and WWE have gotten fed up with a glass ceiling or just general mistreatment. They have all bounded together to from a new federation, free from telling anyone what to do. Craig Shultz provided the money needed in order to start this new promotion. Bryan Danielson and CM Punk are considered the two top stars of uXp after breaking away from their contracts with RoH and WWE respectively. More talent is going to join the newest wrestling revolution and the internet fans are already buzzing about the debut show.
uXp is going to run weekly large shows until they manage to either fail or grow.

ProjectSelfRevolution - December 2, 2007 02:07 AM (GMT)
The first card. Scheduled for January 5th, 2008.
Main Event:
Triple Threat Match
CM Punk vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Bryan Danielson
"The first ever Underground Weekly main event is going to have three of the top names in the promotion face off. The winner of this match is of course going to be the leading candiate for the uXp Mainstream Title. The loser of the fall might as well count themselves out of the running. The person not invovled in the fall will face the victor next week for the said Mainstream Title. No one wants to lose this match and only one man can win. Who is gonna want this one more?"
uXp Tag Team Titles
TLC
Strong Style Thugs (Homicide/B-Boy) vs. Arik Cannon and Claudio Castagnoli vs. The Burning River Brigade (Matt Cross/Josh Prohibition)
"The first ever title match in uXp will be for the tag team gold. Three teams will do battle in Tables, Ladders and Chairs match. This is gonna be carnage and one team will be able to walk away and call themselves the uXp Tag Team Champions."
Cibernetco vs. Austin Aries
"Two of the most well known workers in the world today are facing off. Not for a title, not for a trophy but just for plain pride. Perhaps the winner of this match would get attention in the Mainstream Title list in the coming months."
Four Way Elimination
Mike Quackenbush vs. El Generico vs. CIMA vs. Ruckus
"Three of the best high flyers in uXp will face off in a four way elimination match. One of these four will be able to call themselves the best high flyer in this company. The other three will not."
Eddie Kingston vs. Super Dragon
"Another simple match for pride. This might be a show stealer."
Pre Show Match:
The Black and the Brave (Tyler Black/Marek Brave) vs. PAC/Human Tornado
"This will be the first ever uXp match and these four men have the chance to set the tone for the promotion's first show. Will they prosper or will they fail?"
SamoaRowe - December 2, 2007 02:29 AM (GMT)
Very interesting. You have an appealing roster, I'm curious to see where this goes. The first card looks solid too.
ProjectSelfRevolution - December 2, 2007 02:30 AM (GMT)
The Black and the Brave vs PAC and The Human Tornado.
Match Background: Black is making his debut at this show. Marek is making his debut at this show. PAC is making his debut at this show. Tornado is making his debut at this show.
The Match: Black just WAFFLES PAC with a STIFF chop that hurt ME to watch! THERE IT IS! A legdrop to the BACK OF THE HEAD! I swear, that makes any match just a little bit better. I don't mind telling you that every time I see it, that's for sure. There's a two count on the pin. Tag to Marek Brave. The Black and the Brave whip PAC into the ropes and hit a double back elbow. There's a two count on the pin. Hard back suplex on PAC. Come to think of it, that move had WAY too much power in No Mercy for N64. PAC blocks the suplex attempt and is able to hit the suplex instead! Springboard reverse elbow by PAC. Excellent move. Looks like Muta has giving out lessons. Covers for a quick two count. PAC tags out to The Human Tornado. Spinning bulldog in the corner and Marek is down! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Marek takes a flying neckbreaker from The Human Tornado. Tornado goes for a splash but Marek puts the knees up. Marek uses a basement dropkick to the knee and it looks like it might be TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL~! Tag to Tyler Black. Tyler Black kicks the leg, knocks Tornado down, and goes to work on it. Tornado tags out to PAC. Black uses a basement dropkick to the knee and it looks like it might be TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL~! The bell rings, and this match has come to a time limit draw. The Black and the Brave and PAC \ Tornado aren't satisfied! They start brawling again, turning the ringside area into a battlefield until officials run down and physically pull them apart.
My Opinion: I'll give a 3/4 star rating, but only if you promise to improve as a booker.
Azrieal is in the ring, about to give an interview. Out from the crowd comes the debuting Chris Bosh, who attacks. Azrieal is in trouble. Here it comes - Steiner Screwdriver. Azrieal has been laid out by Chris Bosh.
Eddie Kingston vs Super Dragon.
Match Background: Kingston is making his debut at this show. Dragon is making his debut at this show.
The Match: Dragon slams Eddie Kingston. Eddie Kingston elbows Super Dragon in the face to break a hammerlock. Eddie Kingston hits some punches. How generic. Kingston whips Dragon into the turnbuckles...and the ref is crushed! Eddie Kingston scores with a big spinebuster. Pinfall attempt, but the ref is out and can't count to three! Dragon blocks the suplex attempt and is able to hit the suplex instead! Fallaway slam by Super Dragon puts down Eddie Kingston. Massive backbreaker on Kingston and I get happy flashbacks to Bret Hart's Five Moves of DOOM. Hooks the leg for a two count. Super Dragon scores with a big spinebuster. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Eddie Kingston fights out of a grapple. Spear by Eddie Kingston. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Dragon backdrops Eddie Kingston out of a piledriver attempt. That took a lot out of Super Dragon. Super Dragon moves in for the kill. Psycho Driver! 1....2....3. Eddie Kingston offers a handshake to Dragon...but he spits at Eddie Kingston and walks off!
My Opinion: I really shouldn't drink when I'm reviewing matches. Especially with Scotsman, I can't drink nearly as much, so I try too hard. It was either ** or ****, but I guess I'll have to compromise and say ***.
Mike Quackenbush vs Ruckus vs El Generico vs CIMA.
Match Background: This will be an elimination bout. Quakenbush is making his debut at this show. Ruckus is making his debut at this show. Generico is making his debut at this show. He also works for PWG and ROH. CIMA is making his debut at this show. He also works for JAPW and SW.
The Match: Hard back suplex on CIMA. Come to think of it, that move had WAY too much power in No Mercy for N64. Spinning back kick from El Generico. There's a two count on the pin. Generico tags out to Ruckus. Flying elbow from Ruckus connects. DDT from the top rope by Ruckus. That looked KILLER. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Tag between Ruckus and Mike Quackenbush. Spin kick by Mike Quackenbush to the face sends the opponent FLYING across the ring. Spinning bulldog in the corner and Quakenbush is down! Covers for a quick two count. Second rope flying axe handle, Quakenbush goes down. One day, CIMA might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. Tag between Mike Quackenbush and Ruckus. Flying elbow from Ruckus connects. Second rope flying axe handle, CIMA goes down. One day, Ruckus might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. ONE...TWO...NO! Quakenbush blocks a kick from CIMA. CIMA is in trouble. Here it comes - Quackendriver 2. 1....2...3, it's finished.
My Opinion: I can be generous sometimes. Well, depends on your definition of generous. **1/4.
Mike Quackenbush is backstage. He got on THE STICK~! and put himself over, talking about how great he is. I wonder if he's a mark for himself
Austin Aries vs Cibernetico.

Back heel kick off the second rope, Cibernetic goes down. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Cibernetic ducks a wild right hand. Trying to channel the spirit of Misawa, Cibernetico ends up chanelling Lex Luger instead and nails a running forearm to the face, minus the steel plate, of course. Austin Aries elbows Cibernetico in the face to break a hammerlock. Flying elbow from Austin Aries connects. Cibernetico gets whipped into the corner by Aries, and flips all the way over to the outside! Cibernetic stays down on the outside, hurt. The referee reaches a ten count, and this one is over. Cibernetic grabs the referee, then nails him with a right hand! Dozens of people hit the ring to stop any further incident.
My Opinion: *1\2 rating is all it gets from me.
Cannon and Castagnoli vs Strong Style Thugs vs The Burning River Brigade.
Match Background: This will be a ladder bout. Double C is making his debut at this show. He also works for ROH and CHI. B-Boy is making his debut at this show. This match is for the uXp Tag Team titles.

Diamond Dust from Matt Cross and B-Boy is out! Homicide blocks a punch. Josh gets a face-full of ladder. DDT from the top rope by B-Boy. That looked KILLER. Homicide and B-Boy go up the ladder and grab the prize for the win.
My Opinion: I'll give this a ***1\4 rating. If I left it up to you, you'd probably think it was the greatest match ever! Keep trying...
Bryan Danielson is backstage. He wanted to rip into CM Punk. Not literally, of course. That would just be nasty. Instead, this was a good way to build up to an eventual match.

ProjectSelfRevolution - December 2, 2007 02:46 AM (GMT)
The second show is scheduled for January 12th, 2008
Main Event:
uXp Mainstream Title
CM Punk vs. Bryan Danielson
"Last week, Danielson was able make Christopher Daniels tap out. This means it's gonna be either CM Punk or Bryan Danielson as the first Mainstream Champion. Only one man will walk away with the belt. But who is it going to be?"
Colt Cabana vs. Christopher Daniels
"In a huge turn of event, Colt Cabana was released by the WWE and was signed right away to a written contract. Christopher Daniels has asked for this match to prove himself. Can Daniels beat Cabana or will Cabana be able to show why he was signed right away?"
Homicide vs. Austin Aries
"In order to find tag team opponents other then the ones Homicide and B-Boy beat last week, both of them are facing someone in a singles match. If Aries is able to beat Homicide, he'll get a tag title shot down the road with a partner of his choosing."
Mike Quackenbush vs. Matt Cross
"Despite not winning the tag titles, Cross is going to face the winner of the four way elimination match last week. Will Prohibition help his partner out or will Quackenbush show why he is the best high flyer in uXp?
B-Boy vs. Super Dragon vs. Eddie Kingston
"Super Dragon beat Kingston last week, but deined his handshake at the end of the match. This upset Kingston and he wanted in this match. Much like Aries vs. 'Cide, if either Kingston of Dragon pin B-Boy, they'll get a tag title shot at a later date.
Azrieal vs. Chris Bosh
"Bosh attacked Azrieal last week. Azrieal wants revenge, does anything else need to be said?"
Pre Show Match:
The Black and the Brave vs. PAC/Human Tornado
"Last week, their match went to a time limit draw. This is the rematch and there must be a winner. The winning team gets promoted up to the main card. The losers must keep proving themselves.

uXp Tag Team Championship El Generico/Beef Wellington vs. The Super Friends (Chris Hero/Mike Quackenbush) "In what could probably be the sleeper match of the night, these two teams will battle to become the holders of the relaunched Underground Xtreme Pro Tag Team Titles.
