Title: Smashing Pumpkins: Zeitgiest

So, the newest SP disc leaked in the last couple days, and I'm quite impressed by it. Fairly heavy in places. Much better than Billy's solo disc.

Anyone else check it out?

I've only heard the single "Tarantula" thus far. I'm probably going to be picking up this disc regardless of the word of mouth.

No, we have not heard it. That's why we need YOU to do a review of it and send it in to the DWS editor!!

I'll work on taht tomorrow. I was actually going to review it for my fledging music blog anyway.

I had no idea there was a new disc coming out. Honestly I didn't know they were back together, but I've been out of the loop. Since Mellon Collie and Siamese Dream are two of my favorite discs ever, I'll be watching what kinds of reviews this gets...

It's just Billy and Jimmy. No James or... the other one whose name I can't spell. Plans have kind of ruined my attempt to write the review so far, so it probably won't happen until Thursday, after all this holiday mess is done.

D'Arcy (sp?).

You know, the solemn girl.

The Last Free Voice - July 4, 2007 05:43 PM (GMT)
That's her. Billy didn't even get Melissa, the girl who replaced her, to play on this one either. I'm actually pretty impressed by the CD. It's fairly heavy in places, which is good. I like it much better than his solo CD, which at the time I thought was awful, but have grown to like a bit since then.

I've started the review, I'll have it done tomorrow.
