If Cage's Catcher is banned, why does he still show up as "Members" and not "Banned?" Just curious

They just change his password, rather than actually banning. I think the reasoning was that it was easier to keep up the ip's that way.

I thought it was because, technically, "banned" members are still members. Sorta' like how the Brood were members of the Corporate Ministry, yet still members of the Brood.

ImaFuckingIdiot and ImStillaFuckingIdiot are banned, but both still appear in the "members" list.

I could be wrong.
