Title: Orton sent packing.....

dynamite kido - April 23, 2007 02:39 PM (GMT)
From the European tour apparently after he had was blamed for damaging a hotel room in the hotel that the WWE was staying at in Munich.

Apparently they publicly are saying it's because he had some sort of stomach virus though.

SamoaRowe - April 23, 2007 02:41 PM (GMT)
If that's slang for "drunk off his ass" then I believe it.

dynamite kido - April 23, 2007 02:45 PM (GMT)
That's exactly what I was thinking.....

SamoaRowe - April 23, 2007 02:51 PM (GMT)
So what does Randy Orton have to do to get himself fired? Get drunk and vomit on Stephanie McMahon's lap?

Seriously, are WWE worried that he'd show up on Impact one night and start dishing out RKO's?

From PWInsider:

QUOTE
According to Dave Scherer, Randy Orton was sent home from the current European tour. It appears that a hotel room was severely damaged and the blame was pointed at Randy Orton. WWE made the announcement last night that he was too sick to wrestle at a house show. We'll have more details on this as more details are released.

Honestly I'd think that they WOULD fire him, except for everytime he gets in some shit he's deeply seeded in feuds and shit that I'm sure that they wouldn't wanna rework.

Now, if he wasn't in the PPV main event this time around, I'm thinking he'd at least get suspended again.

SamoaRowe - April 23, 2007 05:32 PM (GMT)
I'd just take him out. HBK/Edge/Cena would work just fine, if not better, without him.

dynamite kido - April 23, 2007 07:44 PM (GMT)
Personally I'd rather see the 4-way than the shitty triple threat nonsense that the WWE loves to do.

SamoaRowe - April 23, 2007 08:25 PM (GMT)
Fatal four way matches are really hit or miss though. Triple threats are usually entertaining to me for whatever reason.

That, and the build for this four way has already provided more boring handicap match main events.

I guess they could replace Orton in the match, but I don't know who would be in a good position to step up. Umaga is tied up, Masters has been destroyed (rightfully), Carlito is a neutered face, Kenny's push vanished, and Triple H is still on the shelf.

Raw needs to work on developing some new upper card threats. I don't really expect them to, they'll just pluck Kennedy or MVP from Smackdown when it is convenient for them.

smkelly13 - April 25, 2007 09:57 PM (GMT)
Randy Orton is useless. He's the son of Bob Orton, who cares? He's a "handsome - marketable" "man", who cares? He's had homosexual relations with Triple H and Vince McMahon, who cares?

Bottom line, he's injury prone, cocky, arrogant, and below average in the ring.

Yet still better than a shitload of guys in the company.

Man, fucking Orton can't even trash a hotel room in a believable way. I give that *1/2 at best but only for the carry job done by the tv.

dynamite kido - May 18, 2007 12:58 PM (GMT)
Needs more restholds.

Mad Dog - May 19, 2007 08:31 AM (GMT)
On a serious note what the fuck is it going to take to get this douche fired? Dead hookers? Because if that'll do it I'll fucking murder one right now and frame him for it.

SamoaRowe - May 19, 2007 01:33 PM (GMT)
Honestly, the only reason Orton still has a job is because they are so light on main eventers and because I don't think they really want to see another top level name show up on TNA in the tradition of Christian and Kurt Angle.

Mad Dog - May 21, 2007 02:53 PM (GMT)
It's bullshit really. How many people have they fired for a lot less than any of the incidents he caused? This double standard bullshit in the WWE has always annoyed the shit out of me.

SamoaRowe - May 21, 2007 03:31 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I absolutely agree.

Rhyno smashed a vase.

The Heart Throbs behaved crudely on Byte This.

About six dozen stars didn't have anything in mind for them by the crack creative team.

....and yet none of them were ever on Orton's level. Not saying that his actions don't warrant the firing, but nobody that got canned was on his level......
