Title: New Site
Mad Dog - April 7, 2007 11:45 PM (GMT)
http://baugh22.tripod.com/This is my new project so to speak. It's my new hobby as you'll quickly see this will take some time to keep up. So look around the site and tell me what you think of navigation and the idea so far. Most of the promotions have a show or two out right now. I'm paying the $5 a month to get the pro version so don't worry about the usual tripod site crap from here. It's a work in progress so all input is very welcome.
I'm going for a very 80s feel to the site and the attitude in general.

Is this all Fantasy Booking?
Mad Dog - April 8, 2007 04:19 AM (GMT)
Yep, all fantasy booking and the results are fairly random due to the program I got for this. Better wrestlers will win more often and such though. I'll be posting bits and pieces here, probably mostly of Mid-Atlantic or Mid-South.

Here's the roundup of champions I've crowned so far:
NWA World Heavyweight Champion: Verne Gagne
NWA World Tag Team Champions: Rock N Roll Express
AWA Heavyweight Champion: Stan Hansen
Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion: Dusty Rhodes
Southern Heavyweight Champion: Jerry Lawler
Missouri Heavyweight Champion: Dory Funk Jr.
North American Heavyweight Champion: Dick Murdoch

No offence, but the music has to go.
Mad Dog - April 12, 2007 10:56 PM (GMT)
I was going to change the themes up every now and then. I could go to one of the World Championship Wrestling themes from the 80s.
Big F'N Swigg - April 14, 2007 03:49 PM (GMT)
Hey Dog, if you want to use a "large" arena for the SMW shows, you can use Freedom Hall in Johnson City, TN. It's the local arena that usually does WWE house shows, but not much TV because it's too small.
Mad Dog - April 14, 2007 03:57 PM (GMT)
Cool, I'll use that for one of the next arena shows. Probably when I go to crown SMW Tag Team Champions.
Mad Dog - April 14, 2007 03:58 PM (GMT)
I posted some new USWA shows. Jerry Lawler lost the Southern Title to Jim Neidhart in a pretty back and forth match.

I'm pretty sure SMW actually worked the arena once or twice. If you need a small arena, try the Legion Street Rec Center in Johnson City, or the Kingsport Civic Center. Viking hall in Bristol, TN works well for a large arena as well

So here's a question. If I were to post a fed or two from there to here with angles which would you want to see? Swigg seems to be interested in SMW. I figure Mid-Atlantic would be a popular choice as well.

So every territory has a top singles champion now. Starting to get the weekend shows up. Did a bigger SMW house show for Tuesday as well that turned out to be pretty fun:

What program is this?
Mad Dog - April 28, 2007 05:47 PM (GMT)
So big upset today as the Masked Superstar and Super Destroyer beat the Rock N Roll Express to win the World Tag Team Titles.

It's just the way the matches vary. I could replay it under the same circumstances again and it could only be 5 minutes. It's just random like that. There weren't a lot of pinfall attempts for that match and not a lot of finishing moves were hit.
smkelly13 - April 29, 2007 07:01 PM (GMT)
Nice booking. And, again, what program are you using?
