Real F'n Show - September 28, 2006 07:23 PM (GMT)
Here's what I hope goes down:

1. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Gran Akuma vs. Low-Ki
2. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: M-Dogg 20 vs. Ricochet
3. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Trik Davis vs. Erick Stevens
4. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Chris Hero vs. Ricky Reyes
5. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Roderick Strong vs. Brandon Thomaselli
6. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Jigsaw vs. Davey Richards
7. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: B-Boy vs. Arik Cannon
8. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Double C vs. Kevin Steen
9. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Colt Cabana vs. Mike Quackenbush
10. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Delirious vs. Scott Lost
11. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Hallowicked vs. Scorpio Sky
12. Ted Petty Invitational – Round 1: Chris Bosh vs. Generico

Of course, Steen will probably go over Claudio because promoters like that guy for some reason. Cannon will probably beat B-Boy and I can't honestly see Delirious making it to the second round, but hey, I can hope. The second round then shapes up like this...

Low Ki vs. M-Dogg20
Trik Davis vs. Chris Hero
Roderick Strong vs. Davey Richards
B-Boy vs. Claudio Castagnoli
Mike Quackenbush vs. Delirious
Hallowicked vs. El Generico

Third round...

Low Ki vs. Chris Hero
Davey Richards vs. B-Boy
Mike Quackenbush vs. El Generico

Setting up a final of Ki, Richards, and Quack. I'm guessing they'll put Davey over as he's the flavor of the month for indy guys, pinning Quack to win the tourney.

Mad Dog - September 28, 2006 11:13 PM (GMT)
I could take it or leave it this year. I'm not as big on Kevin Steen, Arik Cannon, Davey Richards and Mike Quackenbush as a lot of people are.

Real F'n Show - October 2, 2006 01:14 AM (GMT)
NIGHT ONE RESULTS:

M-Dogg 20 over Riccochet
Quack over Colt Cabana (described as a real good match with an AWESOME ending)
Hero over Reyes
Hallowicked over Scorpio Sky
Trik Davis over Erick Stevens
Davey Richards over Jigsaw (said to be a great match)
El Generico over Chris Bosh (said to be a great match)
Cannon beat B-boy.
Delirious beat Scott Lost.
Roderick Strong beat Brandon Thomaselli
Claudio beat Kevin Steen
Low ki obviously beat Gran Akuma (Gran Akuma did awesome)

Hey, I called 11 out of 12. It looks like the brackets were different than originally announced, though.

Real F'n Show - October 2, 2006 01:20 AM (GMT)
NIGHT TWO RESULTS:

El Generico finished off M-Dogg 20 with a top rope brainbuster.

Low Ki over Davey Richards (AWESOME F'N MATCH)

Claudio Castagnoli reversed some type of top rope manuver from Quack and turned it into a sunset flip for the victory. My friends were raving about this match.

Chris Hero over Trik Davis when the ref stopped it.

Cannon over Hallowicked

Roderick over Deli

Cannon over Claudio (Cannon in 3 way final)

BLK OUT (Kingston and Joker) and Ricochet over Sal, Vito, and Brandon Thomaselli

Corbin and Cruz won the 6 team gauntlet over these teams...

Gran Akuma and Jigsaw
Ricky Reyes and B-Boy
Kevin Steen and Colt Cabana
Erick Stevens and Scorpio Sky
Chris Bosh and Scott Lost

Also, the Iron Saints vs. Tarek the Great and American Kickboxer didn't finish because Tarek turned on Kickboxer. I couldn't hear over the dueling "Let's go Hero, Let's go Roderick" chants but I think he said they fought around the building for a bit, the turn happened and Tarek/Kickboxer just left. The Iron Saints got on the mic talking trash and that led to the six man against BLK OUT and Ricochet.

Roderick over Hero

Ki over El Generico

So, finals are...

Arik Cannon vs. Low Ki vs. Roderick Strong

Josh Abercrombie over Tyler Black thanks to the returning JIMMY JACOBS and of all people Jim Fannin. I guess Fannin and JJ teamed up to help Josh win. Fannin talks about how JJ is welcome back in IWA, they go to hug each other and then Fannin starts to CHOKE HIM! BMF (Bull Pain and Mitch Page) come out and DESTROY Jacobs. Toby Klein tries to help Jacobs but gets beat down by the BMF too. The Fannin Family is back and he is managing the BMF and Josh Abercrombie!

CHUCK TAYLOR IS THE NEW CHAMP! Chuck beat Toby and then was attacked by the Fannin and the BMF. They beat Chuck because he hasn't paid his dues. While BMF and Fannin were beating Chuck and Toby...NECRO BUTCHER MADE THE SAVE!!!!

Ki wins by pinning Stong and tapping Cannon. Hero comes out and tells Ki that until he beats him he isn't shit. Ian goes to the ring I guess to maybe set up the match. All 3 are in the ring right now.

Looks like a pretty damn solid show...

Timmy8271 - October 2, 2006 05:06 AM (GMT)
I thought i would never see Jimmy Jacobs in IWA mid south ever again. I guess Ian has lightend up a little.
