The worst wrestling promotion met a sad end a few months ago as the owner mistakenly erased the saved game file from his EWR. So the worst promotion in the world is back for another run of wrestlecrap.

Match Background: This will be an elimination bout. Juvi is making his debut at this show. Kash is making his debut at this show. Shannon is making his debut at this show. Iaukea is making his debut at this show. This match is for the Will Never Be World Champion title.
The Match: Implant DDT by Shannon Moore! I will always and forever mark out for that move. Shannon Moore kicks the leg, knocks Iaukea down, and goes to work on it. Hooks the leg for a two count. Tag to Kid Kash. Iaukea takes a flying neckbreaker from Kid Kash. Power drive elbow by Kid Kash. That sounds like a feature on a 4 x 4, doesn't it. Pin, but Iaukea is out just before the three count. The Match: A weak headbutt on Jimmy Snuk by Roberts causes nothing but pain for both. Jake Roberts hits Jimmy Snuk. Jimmy Snuk takes a vertical suplex, but pops right back up. Big kick from Roberts staggers Jimmy Snuk but that's about it. Roberts drops an elbow...but Jimmy Snuka moves out of the way. Face crusher from Jimmy Snuk on Roberts sets up for an elbowdrop. Back heel kick from Jimmy Snuk on Roberts. Hooks the leg for a two count. Roberts counters an arm wringer with an elbow to the side of the head. Jake Roberts hits an ugly looking bulldog off the ropes. Hooks the leg for a two count. Jake Roberts turns Jimmy Snuk inside-out with a clothesline. Reminds me of Willow's 'Bored Now' skin ripping finisher. Inside joke, don't worry about it. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Jimmy Snuk blocks a kick from Jake Roberts. A kick from Jimmy Snuk is delivered to the leg. Roberts counters a sleeper with a jaw breaker and is able to get free! My Opinion: DUD. I refuse to say any more about it.

The Match: Rob Van Dam connects with a back heel kick on Mercury and gets back up quickly. Hard back suplex on Mercury. Come to think of it, that move had WAY too much power in No Mercy for N64. Covers for a quick two count. Tag between Rob Van Dam and Sabu. RVD and Sabu whip Mercury into the ropes and hit a double backdrop. Hooks the leg for a two count. THERE IT IS! A legdrop to the BACK OF THE HEAD! I swear, that makes any match just a little bit better. I don't mind telling you that every time I see it, that's for sure. Mercury blocks a punch. The Match: Rude Awakening neckbreaker on Bushwhacker Butch by Vampiro. Remember when that was a legit finish? Vampiro scoops and slams Bushwhacker Butch. What's the difference between a scoop slam and a body slam anyway? J.Hardy hits a HARD spinning kick to the jaw. Karagias takes a flying neckbreaker from Jeff Hardy. B. Lawler uses a basement dropkick to the knee and it looks like it might be TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL~! B. Lawler threw David Flair all the way over the top rope to the floor. No question about that one. (Elimination # 1) Powerslam from Bushwhacker Luke on James. Luke tried to eliminate BG James, who hung onto the top rope for dear life! Bushwhacker Butch strikes Ahmed Johnson. My Opinion: One SOLE bright spot in this match keeps it from going into DUD territory. 1/4*.

Sean Waltman fights out of a grapple. Waltman just WAFFLES Juvi with a STIFF chop that hurt ME to watch! Flying elbow from Sean Waltman connects. Covers for a quick two count. Vicious kick to the teeth from Sean Waltman. Pin, but Juvi is out just before the three count. Sean Waltman hits a rolling kick on Juvi. Konnan has ruined any chance for me ever enjoying this maneuver again with his shitty execution of it. Juventud Guerrera fights out of a grapple. Juvi crushes Waltman with a huge legdrop. My Opinion: Good bout. In my estimation, it's about ***3/4.

Match Background: Viscera is making his debut at this show. The Bushwhackers are one of the most experienced teams in the promotion. Ahmed and Viscera are teaming up as Towering Nightmare for the first time tonight.
The Match: Bushwhacker Butch hits Ahmed. Ahmed takes a vertical suplex, but pops right back up. Covers for a quick two count. Butch tags out to Bushwhacker Luke. The Bushwhackers whip Ahmed into the corner. Bushwhacker Butch whips Bushwhacker Luke in for a hard clothesline to follow-up. Hooks the leg for a two count. Bushwhacker Luke strikes Ahmed Johnson with a hard blow. Ahmed backdrops Bushwhacker Luke out of a piledriver attempt. That took a lot out of Ahmed Johnson. Powerslam from Ahmed Johnson on Luke. There's a two count on the pin. Tag to Viscera. Viscera hits a bulldog off the ropes. Pin, but Luke is out just before the three count. A powerslam so weak, my grandmother could have performed it, is actually pulled off by Viscera on Luke. Bushwhacker Luke reverses a hip toss. Bushwhacker Luke hits a right hand on Viscera. My Opinion: I'll give a 3/4 star rating, but only if you promise to improve as a booker.

Bodyslam by James. Hooks the leg for a two count. Spear! Sabu is down! Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Running knee lift from BG James. Sabu blocks a kick from BG James. Full nelson slam on James. There's a two count on the pin. Powerbomb on James. Pin, but James is out just before the three count. BIG clothesline on James. James is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. James reverses a Sabu hammerlock. BAAACK Body drop by Sabu gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. Death valley driver (not to be confused with the DVD 500) by BG James connects and Sabu is down! Sabu slams James, who rolls onto his stomach. What is BG James doing? Sabu picks him up and signals for a powerbomb. He raises James up...but then falls backward, getting crushed by his opponent in the process! BG James is on top! 1....2....3! Looking at the replay, it appears that James had taken a chain out of his tights and wrapped it around his fist! Sabu must have been punched with that chain while in mid-powerbomb! What a cheap shot!
My Opinion: It was close to a ** match, but I just can't stand too many blown spots. *3/4

Don't worry, If I had the time, to play EWR with any regularity, I'd put on shows off glacially bad quality
