Title: NWA: Mexico Border Brawl Press Confernce

Mad Dog - September 26, 2006 10:13 PM (GMT)
The press slowly filtered into the room as a video package plays for the PPV hyping up the main matches for the show:

Mexican National Title Match:
Perro Aguayo Jr. © vs. Juventud Guerrera

Mexican Tag Team Title Match:
L.A. Par-K and La Parka II © vs. Dr. Wagner Jr. and Fuerza Guerrera

El Hijo Del Santo vs. Cibernetico

Mexico's Most Wanted vs. Averno and Mephisto

Ultimo Dragon vs. EZ Money

Mr. Aguila and Super Dragon vs. Acero Dorado and Matt Stryker

The press conference begins as NWA: Mexico president Mad Dog, Perro Aguayo Jr., Juventud Guerrera, El Hijo Del Santo and CSW's Psychosis take a seat at the main table. Mad Dog walks to the mic first.

Mad Dog: Thank you for coming today ladies and gentleman. Before we begin I'd like to have a round of applause for our newest Mexican National Champion... Perro Aguayo Jr.

The crowd applauds which seems to greatly annoy Juventud Guerrera.

Mad Dog: With that out of the way let's get down to business. The next big show will be called Border Brawl. Juventud Guerrera won the right to face Perro Aguayo Jr. be defeating El Hijo Del Santo a little over a week ago. Everyone in management has high hopes for this match. Juventud has been on a roll lately with having good matches and the country has been very excited about Aguayo's title win. So with that we'll open the floor to questions.

Reporter: Why is Psychosis here? He's been on a few of the recent shows but he's not a Mexico contracted worker.

Mad Dog: We had originally planned for El Hijo Del Santo to face him for the Mexican National Title at Clash of the Champions. Things change of course. So we've offered him a choice. He can either get the title shot or still face El Hijo Del Santo.

Psychosis: I'll be keeping my title shot. No offense to El Hijo Del Santo but it's always been my dream to be the champion of Mexico.

Reporter: Psychosis, what will your standing by with Central States Wrestling if you do win the title?

Psychosis: We'll cross that bridge later.

Reporter: Juventud, how can you possibly defend your actions from a week ago? That was a pretty extreme course of action.

Juventud: You act like that's the first time I've done that. I did the same to that loser Latin Lover back in the summer. He's just some punk kid who has the title because daddy was a big star in the past. I earn what I get and don't play the political game like this guy does.

Aguayo: What? I was working in trios matches when this company started. I got to where I am by winning matches and slowly moving up in the ladder. I even got the title shot by pinning you at the last PPV.

At this both jump out of their seats and started brawling. Security was quick to jump in and pull them apart. Both were drug to the back as order was restored. Unfortunately about half of the reporters fled the scene when the fight broke out.

Mad Dog: I figured that would happen. So I had Donovan Morgan and Averno standing by. You can ask Morgan about the new Galavision Title and Averno about his upcoming match with Mexico's Most Wanted.

Donovan Morgan and Averno walk out and take a seat at the table.

Reporter: Averno, you've had some great matches with Mexico's Most Wanted. It's really risen your star with the crowd. How big is the hatred here.

Averno: There isn't a lot of hatred per say. It's more that they're standing in our way from being the top tag team in this country. If that means we have to go to any cost to win then so be it.

Reporter: Morgan, could you explain to us how the Galavision Title works.

Morgan: Mad Dog decided that there needed to be a title to defend on regular tv. You know give something back to the fans. It will be defended only on tv and never on PPV. I've been told that I will probably be defending the belt every other week or so. It's also a gateway title. It's for those guys that are just outside of being a top contender for the Mexican National Title. It also gives some of the less talented guys something they might be able to shoot for.

Reporter: Santo, why all the hatred between you and Cibernetico?

Santo: He disrespected me while I was champion. I don't hate him. I just want him to learn to be respectful of those that paved the wave for him.

Mad Dog: Well that's all the time we have for today. Thank you to everyone who took the time to come today.
