Should we kick the roster limit up to 40 in NWA feds?

I'll repost my original statement about this:

For my fed it would help me stay truer to the lucha libre style of 90% of the matches being six and eight man tags. It would be nice to have some breathing room in the combos I make up. I'm ok currently as the main title tournament will minimize the workers that appear on tv but it's going to become an issue for me probably about a month down the road.

I don't think this will have any problem passing.

Okay, so we'll call 6 votes a majority and then some.

So, I guess open up the waiver wire to whoever wants whoever? I'm signing a bunch of hacks, so it probably won't matter to anyone.

So, how bout increasing the roster limit by 5 more? I didn't realize how much I would enjoy building a nice roster of a little bit of everything, and have a little more work I'd like to do.

I know Mad Dog would be for 5 more, so I was just posting this to check it out. What do you all think?

For a regional promotion with 1 show a week, you don't need more than 30. You don't even use about 10 guys each to begin with. Adding more is simply starting a prick waving dick fight over who can have the deepest roster without using everyone... especially Plague, who does nothing with everyone. :D

True, but I AM the official loud mouth of the game, so I have a say either way. :D

It was just an idea. I've had some things I wanted to do lately, and have to cut people I don't really want to cut.

It is nice and realistic and kind of troublesome to maintain, but I think I would still like a few more.

Not to mention, I have a feeling alot of us could be going global soon. And then they'll definitely want our roster expanded.

And I didn't wanna bring this up so soon: But it NWA: PTL doesn't show up by next week's Saturday Night posting...I'm afraid we're gonna have to declare him dead and do a "expansion" draft of sorts, all of us picking 5 or so guys from his roster. Just a thought.

Um... it's not an expansion draft when you LOSE promotions. It's when you add them. You're basically eating away at the dead body of PTL and snatching whatever people you can before everyone else. :D

Right, hence my use of the " " in my sentence. I know it isn't expansion. Calling it then was just to put the point forward that it would be a mini-draft of sorts, from this small pool of players.

In fact, we would be expanding our rosters, so suck it, it works.
