Title: Premier Wrestling Alliance

Cage Classic - February 15, 2006 01:27 AM (GMT)
On July 2, 2005, the True Professional Wrestling organization opened up with Shane McMahon at the helm. McMahon had ended up having a falling out with his father, Vince McMahon and opened up his own promotion which was fairly successful. Then, Eric Bischoff who had since purchased the rights to the name WCW purchased TPW and WCW came back and reared it's ugly head to the public. And the company remained successful. They had a credible champion in Christian Cage, and a top feud between Christian and his friend turned enemy, Matt Cage. It was a top feud, but the end result wasn't positive. After a year of building up the match, Christian retained his title, but dropped it the next night to Ric Flair in a horrible booking decision which was the beginning of the end of the company.

In early 2007, the WCW which was legitimately the #1 promotion in America and the World, went out of business. The WWE purchased the company back and some, but not all of the contracts were picked up. By 2008, the wrestling community wasn't booming. WWE lost most of it's Global fanbase, and TNA remained exactly where they had been for years. Through this all, Ted Turner decided to get back into the "rasslin" business, and got his backers and financial advisors to invest, once again, into a wrestling promotion. The Premier Wrestling Alliance. He picked up some of the hottest talent on the market, hired a great top booker who went by the name Matthew Hullum, and to head the company, he hired Shane McMahon who had tried to rekindle his relationship with his father, but the reconciliation failed miserably.

By February 2008, the development for the PWA had been finalized, and they set their sites on a March television launch on the TNT network on Monday Nights. By this point, TNA's iMPACT television show had made it primetime and SpikeTV opted to move it to Monday Nights against WWE's Raw which continued to air on USA. WWE no longer had SmackDown as it was cancelled in early 2007. TNA, WWE and the new star, PWA all had events on Monday Nights, so it was sure to be an amazing battle. Shane McMahon, Matthew Hullum and Ted Turner had helped to create something special. However, would they be able to rise up against the competition? With only a cult internet fan base, PWA seemed doomed to remain just that. The same thing happened to TNA. But they were determined to rise to the top. This is their acension....

(O:68 C:50 M:86)

Tenay: What a great match that was, these fans loved it.

Lawler: The fans did, I did. Did you?

Tenay: I sure as hell did, and here comes the boss!

(Shane McMahon's music hits, and he makes his way to the ring to a huge ovation from the sold out audience. He grabs a mic from ringside, he's got something to say obviously.)

McMahon: What's up, y'all?!

(Cheers.)

McMahon: Man, it feels good to be back on TV. Tonight, you all know that we'll be deciding the PWA Champion. Christian, Edge, Lesnar and a mystery man who I signed to PWA. It's going to be a huge match and I hope you're all as excited as I am. I...

(Abyss' music hits, and he makes his way down to the ring to a chorus of boos from the fans. He gets in the ring and gets in Shane's face.)

McMahon: What's up, Abyss?

Abyss: ...

McMahon: Right, we'll, I don't know what you're out here for, but I'm trying to make an announcement. Now if you'll excuse me. Tonight marks the first...

(Abyss grabs Shane, and pulls him in to the Blackhole Slam and Shane lands in a crumpled heap. The fans boo as Tenay and King go crazy asking for help to be sent to the ring. Sean Waltman's music hits and he runs to the ring. We've got an impromptu match.)

(O:73)

Stiff high kick on Abyss by Sean Waltman who has evidently been watching some old AJPW tapes recently. We have our mandatory ref bump, as he goes down after accidentally getting caught by an elbow to the face. Springboard dropkick from Sean Waltman. Nicely done. Pinfall attempt, but the ref is conveniently laid out. Abyss drops out the back of a Sean Waltman bodyslam attempt. Big clothesline on Waltman. Massive backbreaker, Waltman got planted. Early reports indicate that the back was *not* actually broken, so the move's name should actually be backhurter. Hooks the leg for a two count. Brutal powerbomb on Waltman. Hooks the leg for a close fall. Abyss only gets knees on a splash. Flying reverse elbow by Sean Waltman. Cover, but there's a last second kick-out. Abyss pushes out of a Sean Waltman hold. (O:66 C:63 M:69)

Tenay: Damnit! I thought that Waltman had it.

Lawler: Abyss is obviously a monster, and Waltman is no match.

Tenay: He's got a huge heart, but Abyss' strength got him this win.

(A video package is played for Christian Cage and we cut to the backstage area where he's standing by.)

Christian: Tonight, I get a chance to become a THREE time World Champion. I held the WCW Championship for a year. I held the WWE Title for 8 months. And tonight, I rise back to the top of my mountain and become the first ever PWA Champion because THAT'S HOW I ROLL!
(O:78)

QUOTE
PWA World Tag Team Championship

America's Most Wanted have TJ Wilson to themselves. Death Sentence! 1....2....3! It's over. (O:65 C:58 M:73)

Lawler: And AMW are the new champs!

Tenay: What a great match, and a great team has a great set of titles.

Lawler: Calm down, you'll have a heart attack.

(Backstage Edge is standing in his locker room, smiling and bobbing his head cockily.)

Edge: Christian, you make me sick. You actually think you've got a chance to become the champion tonight? You're sadly, sadly mistaken. Tonight, it's all about the Rated R Superstar. Mr. Money in the Bank himself, Edge. Tonight, I fullfull my dreams. I will become the first ever PWA World Champion... BANK ON IT!

(O:82)

(We cut to Brock Lesnar standing by watching Edge's promo and chuckling to himself.)

Lesnar: I find it funny that you people think you stand a chance. Christian? Who will take someone seriously when they call themselves Captain Charisma? Edge, you're not Rated R. You're Rated G. I am the baddest son of a bitch walking the face of the earth. As far as I am concerned, the final verdict is that Brock Lesnar is the next and first World Champion!

Morley hits a stump piledriver on Christopher Daniels. Hooks the leg for a two count. Sean Morley scores with a standing spinebuster. Hooks the leg for a close fall. Daniels reverses a Sean Morley hammerlock. Flying cross body off the top rope! I'll give a 0.8 on the Steamboat scale for that effort. Pin, but Morley is out just before the three count. Daniels only gets knees on a splash. Christopher Daniels slides out and grabs a chair! Morley goes to climb out of the ring...and takes a chair to the head! The referee has no hesitation in calling for the bell! Disqualification. Almost a *** rating, but there were some bits that dragged, so **3\4 instead.

Winner: Sean Morley

(O:76 C:77 M:75)

Tenay: Morley picks up the win there, but it's time, King.

Lawler: It sure is. PWA World Title on the line.

Tenay: Christian. Edge. Lesnar and....

(The sounds of screeching tires can be heard, and the fans ERUPT as Mick Foley makes his way to the ring.)

Monday Night Fight!
March 10, 2008

(The opening video and pyro hit, and we're brought to ringside for Monday Night Fight!)

Tenay: Welcome to Monday Night Fight!

Lawler: This is going to be a great show, I can guarantee it!

Tenay: I'm sure it will be, we're gonna see Christian Cage team up with Bobby Lashley against Brock Lesnar and William Regal.

Lawler: I can't wait, and look who it is!

("Metalingus" by Alter Bridge hits and the new World Champion, Edge makes his way down to the ring. A ton of confetti falls from the ceiling as well as baloons, and streamers. Edge bobs his head back in forth in cocky manner and hops in the ring. He has a mic in his hand.)

Edge: Last week on Fight, I made history. I became the FIRST and ONLY man to ever earn the right to call themselves the first PWA World Heavyweight Champion. Last week, this company went from your run of the mill family program, to a show that you're going to have to put your 8 year olds to bed if you wanna watch, because as long as the Rated R Superstar is the Champion, then you can bet your ass that things won't be the same.

(The crowd boos him, and we get a shot of the audience who don't look all too pleased. They begin chanting you suck at him.)

Edge: Boo me all you want, and chant you suck at me all you want, but the fact remains, I am on top of the world. I'm the champion, making millions and rolling in dough, while you all wake up and work your 9 to 5 mediocre job every day. Don't be pissed at me. Hate yourselves for what you are. I am happy, and your cheers won't change that. I worked, and slaved to get to where I am. And now, I am...

(Mick Foley's music hits, and he makes his way down to the ring to a tremendous ovation from the crowd. He snatches a mic from ringside and begins pacing back and forth.)

Foley: Now, I am out here because last week on Fight, I lost in a Fatal Four Way match to you Edge, and now, you're representing not only this company, but the World by wearing that title. Now, I know I was the first man eliminated, but I think that I deserve a shot.

Edge: And why the hell is that, Foley?

Foley: Because I think I can kick your ass in a one on one match, and I think these people would love to see it.

Edge: But the real question is, who gives a damn about these people?!

(That draws a lot of heat from the crowd.)

Foley: Well, personally, I give a damn about these people. And personally, I think they deserve a better champion.

Edge: Oh, so you want to make it personal now? For the last however many years, I have been busting my ass. You spent the last 2 years commentating for TPW and WCW. You're old, fat, washed up and I am the future.

Foley: Well, I want to kick your ass for that title in the future, so how about I cut a deal with you.

Edge: Let's hear it, Foley. You're wasting my time.

Foley: Tonight, I take you on. If I beat you, I get a chance to fight you for that World Title.

Edge: And if you lose?

Foley: Then I never ask for another shot at that title as long as you're the champion.

Edge: Fine. It'll be my pleasure to send you back in retirement where you belong.

Foley: I'll see you tonight then, Edge. HAVE A NICE DAY!

(Foley's music hits, and he walks away up the ramp.)

(O:90)

Tenay: Wow, that's gonna be a HUGE main event right here tonight!

Lawler: I agree, Foley sure knows how to weasel his way into matches he doesn't belong in.

Tenay: He's Mick Foley, he deserves the world!

Winner: Abyss

(O:64 C:55 M:74)

Tenay: And Abyss picking up the dominating win here.

Lawler: And in great form too. Man, this guy is a specimen.

("Here Comes The Money" hits, and Shane McMahon comes down to the ring with a chair. He slowly walks, as Abyss looks on. As he reaches the foot of the ring, he throws the chair in, but Abyss catches it. Shane slides in quickly and goes for the attack, but Abyss strikes first and hits Shane in the face with the chair.)

Tenay: Good lord! Good LORD!

Lawler: Shane's gotta have a concussion there, Mike. Did you hear that shot?!

(Abyss picks Shane up and drops him with a Blackhole Slam onto the chair. His music hits and he leaves the ring as PWA staff and trainers help Shane out of the ring.)

Lawler: What's this deal with Abyss and McMahon?

Tenay: I don't know, but it's safe to say Abyss will never be Employee of the Month!

(O:76 C:73 M:79)

Tenay: And a great victory for Cage and Lashley there.

Lawler: Lesnar doesn't look all too happy though. Look at that face!

Tenay: Lesnar not pleased in the least here tonight, but Christian picks up the win and looks good doing it.

Winners: 3 Minute Warning

(O:81 C:72 M:90)

(Backstage, Melina, Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury are standing by in their locker room.)

Melina: I can't believe this. 3 Minute Warning gets a chance to go after the New Hart Foundation? What gives?!

Nitro: Seriously, we deserves those titles, not them. I mean, look at us. And then look at them. They just look better around our waist.

Melina: I'll fix this. I promise.

Mercury: I hope so. But you know what, let's not get too stressed over this. I mean, Wilson and Smith have the titles, but that whore they carry to the ring with them... she's nowhere near as beautiful as you, Melina.

Nitro: Truth be spoken!

Melina: Awww, you're making me blush.

(She kisses them both on the cheek, and picks up her jacket.)

Melina: Come on, lets go for a night on the town.

(They leave their locker room, and the building all together as we fade back to ringside.)

Monday Night Fight!
March 17, 2008

Cue Intro video and opening pyro.

(Mike Tenay and Jerry Lawler welcome us to the show, and we've got a huge night lined up for us. Tonight, Edge will defend his PWA World Title against 'The Real Deal' Bobby Lashley. Also, we're going to be in the first round of the Crown Title Tournament. Shane McMahon's music hits and Shane makes his way to the ring to a huge ovation from the crowd. He has a bandage on his forehead from where Abyss nailed him with the chair last week on Fight.)

McMahon: Two weeks ago, I was out here addressing all of you, the fans. Then the monster, Abyss comes out, and takes me out for no reason at all. I didn't get it, and I still don't. So last week, I come to the ring to get some revenge, but he gets the best of me again. Well, I am not going to wait. Abyss, I am your damn boss. You will respect me, even if I have to beat it out of you.

(The music of someone not named Abyss hits. The fans, Tenay and Lawler all go crazy as The Coach, Johnathan Coachman makes his way down to the ring. He steps in the ring and grabs a mic.)

McMahon: What the hell do you want, Coach?

Coach: You're out here, talking all this big game, Shane-O. Well, as the representative of Abyss, and the head coach of the Abyss Squad, I am telling you right here right now, Abyss is through with you.

McMahon: Oh? And just why in the hell should I believe you?

Coach: Because The Coach never lies, baby.

McMahon: Heh, right. I'll believe that when I see it. What does Abyss want with me, Coachman?

Coach: He wants a simple World Title shot.

McMahon: Sorry, Edge is booked solid.

Coach: Well, then you'll pay. You'll pay for the mistreatment of Abyss, and I make sure you...

(Abyss spins Shane around and out of nowhere, clobbers him with a chairshot. Shane stumbles backwards, and right into a Coach clothesline. The two men stomp on Shane unmercifully, leaving him in the ring a mess. Tenay goes crazy at ringside.)

Tenay: How dare they!

Lawler: Well, Abyss thinks he deserves a shot. Shane won't cough it up, so Shane coughs up blood instead. Fair deal, I think.

I am the longest reigning World Champion of any country in the last 15 years. I am simply put, greatness. Monday Night Fight
March 24, 2008
Hosts: Jerry Lawler & Mike Tenay

(The opening intro video and pyro both go off as scheduled, and we're taken to ringside. Lawler and Tenay welcome us to the show, when Edge's music hits, and he comes down to the ring to a chorus of boos and the PWA World Title thrown over his shoulder. He grabs a mic from ringside, and is ready to address the crowd.)

Edge: Mick Foley, last week I showed the world just what kind of a man you are. A weak, fat, shell of your former self. And hell, your former self was just a fat bastard, so there's not a big difference. Mick Foley, I am the PWA World Champion, because I am the best. PWA stands for Premier Wrestling Alliance. I am the Premier Superstar here in PWA. Wrestling? I am the best all around wrestler in the world today. I am this title... I am this company. Mick Foley, the only thing you care about is what's next in the buffet line, so let me make something perfectly clear to you. Our title match isn't gonna be some picnic. I am going to kick your ass from one side of the arena to the other. So...

(Edge is cut off by the music of his brother, Christian Cage, who makes his way to the ring to a tremendous ovation. Christian milks the reaction on his way to the ring before stepping directly in front of Edge.)

Christian: Well, if it isn't my brother Edge, the Rated R Superstar. The Premier Champion. You know, for someone with as many tag names as you, you sure don't live up to any of them.

Edge: What about you, Mr. Charisma?!

Christian: It's Captain Charisma, and it's the truth. I am the most charasmatic being alive today, and all of my PEEPS right here tonight know it as truth.

(The peepulation erupts, and Christian smiles.)

Christian: The peepulation has spoken! Cause that's how we...

Edge: SHUT UP!!! What the HELL are you doing out here anyway? This is my time, not yours.

Christian: I am out here because of your complete lack of disrespect to Mick Foley. I mean, how can you call him fat? Sure, you're in great shape now, but don't you remember when we were kids? You were the fattest kid on the block.

Edge: That's not true.. he's lying people, I was never fat!

Christian: Oh really? I distinctly remember a girl named Nicole from when we were in the fifth grade.

Edge: Don't bring her up! Christian, come on!

Christian: And she ruined your life, and her brothers and her made fun out of you everyday. Not only did you get picked on for your ridiculous name. Edge Cage, but you asked her out and she turned you down in front of the entire cafeteria! You wet your pants, and ran home.

Edge: YOU SON OF A BITCH, THAT'S A PRIVATE STORY!!!

(Mick Foley's music hits, and Foley hobbles his way down to the ring, and rolls in with his mic.)

Foley: So you're a pants-wetter, are ya? Ahh, are you gonna shed some?

(Foley and Christian mock cry in Edge's direction, but Edge is going crazy.)

Christian: Crybaby, crybaby! Suck your thumb! You can't get no bubble gum!

(The fans start singing along, as Christian and Foley laugh their asses off, and Edge goes crazy. Out of nowhere, Brock Lesnar runs down to the ring and from behind, lifts Christian up and drops him down with the F5. Foley goes for the attack, but Edge Spears him to the mat. Edge and Lesnar drop out of the ring, as Edge leaves his final words.)

Edge: Christian, Foley, you want to make fun of someone? Then tonight, Brock and I will humiliate you... IN THE RING! BANK ON IT!

(He throws down the mic as "Metalingus" hits and they leave behind the curtain. Foley and Christian make it to their feet and head out. Tenay and Lawler talk about how heinous both attacks were. One physical, and one verbal. Lawler calls Tenay a sick puppy for laughing at Christian and Foley's jokes.)

Lawler brings up teh fact that Abyss getting on the CEO's bad side isn't a good thing to do. This brings us backstage, where Edge and Brock Lesnar are sitting in Edge's locker room eating carrots and celery while watching on Edge's monitor.)

Edge: Thanks for having my back out there, Brock. I appreciate it.

Lesnar: No problem. I don't have any problems obliterating Fat Ass Foley and your annoying ass brother, Christian.

Edge: That's the spirit...

Lesnar: I have a question though, Edge.

Carlito: Hey, wait a second... Carlito knows you! You're Ken Shamrock!

Shamrock: Damn right I am, nice to meet you.

(Shamrock extends his hand, and Carlito just stares at it.)

Shamrock: Yeah, what's it to you?

Carlito: Ha! The UFC is not... cool. It's just like you. A big pile of uncool.

(Shamrock snaps and drops Carlito with a belly to belly suplex on the cold, hard concrete floor as Carlito screams out in pain. At ringside, Tenay and Lawler yell that Carlito may have a broken back.)

Coach: How DARE you put your hands on my client! He's the best athlete in the PWA, and you write his paychecks. Are you even allowed to do that as the CEO?

Champions Showcase Preview
McMahon vs. Coach!

Last night on Fight, Shane McMahon finally got to one up The Monster, Abyss. Abyss' agent, Johnathan Coachman, didn't take too kindly to his beast getting obliterated by the CEO of PWA, so he called him out on it. Little did he know, Shane wasn't having it, and he booked them both in a match! Coach has no clue what's in store for him, and Shane, always the risktaker, is looking to take out Abyss and Coach and silence them once and for all!

Also, Mick Foley and Christian teamed up for the first time in history and they defeated the PWA Champion Edge and Brock Lesnar, in a great tag team match. However, Edge has had enough of the games with Mick Foley, and he and Foley will have their contract signing in the middle of the ring, and Mick Foley will decide both when and where he will use his title shot and Edge is so upset, he's even given Foley the right to decide what match the match will be contested in. This is a must see.

All this and more as Monday Night Fight airs live, Monday Night at 8/9 Central!

I heard that TJ Wilson went to rehab, so this must have been the way to fill him in. However, why bring him in and have him lose right away? Pointless. MNM look cooler with the belts anyway.

Foley and Edge then came out for their contract signing with Mike Tenay. Foley called Edge a waste of space and a horrible champion. Edge called Foley a fat piece of has been. Foley calls for the footage from Monday Night Fight where it's revealed that Edge once peed himself, and Edge tells Foley to sign the damn contract. Foley says he can't. Edge said he knew Foley was a coward. Foley says that Edge is right. Mick Foley is a coward. Edge tells Foley that he wants to defeat a Hardcore Legend. Foley says Edge deserves better competition, and next week, he will hand pick a hardcore legend to go up against him. He's a former hardcore icon, and a former world champion. Edge says he can't wait to embarass that guy just like he's going to embarass Foley. He jumps Foley and takes him out with a title shot and leaves the ring. Terry Funk? Or maybe The Sandman? Those are my two early on bets for Foley's replacement. (O:80)

Rest In Peace, Bret Hart
April 5, 2008

PWA is deeply saddened by the news that Bret Hart has passed away. His wife woke up this morning, and Bret didn't respond. After trying to revive him, she called the Calgary police, and they got an ambulance to take him away to the hospital where he was declared D.O.A. due to cardiac arrest (Heart attack). This is a deep blow to PWA, and we wish Bret's wife, children and family our deepest condolences.

After the match, the emotional Venis helped up Petey and in one of those, "one in a lifetime" moves, hugged Petey in the middle of the ring.

Winner: Sean Venis

Tenay: Venis and Williams, two Canadians who have spent a lot of time with Bret in the past.

King: It doesn't matter who you are, but in some way, Bret Hart was a part of your lives, or entertained you in some way. And no more than our first testimonial tonight, Christian Cage.

Tenay: Lets take it backstage.

Backstage, Christian Cage is sitting in front of the backdrop, and he is obviously, very emotional and tears are streaming down his face.

Christian: I've known Bret for many years, but I've felt the connection with Bret since I was a little kid. He was my favorite wrestler, he was like my idol. I wanted to be like Bret and Owen Hart, and now they're both gone. Bret was an amazing person, I can remember back in the old WCW when he'd come into my locker room and tell me that I carried the World Title better than anyone he had ever seen and walk away. Then he'd turn around and smile, and say "except for me". He was just funny like that, and it's the little things that count, and I'll miss all the little things that made Bret not only a great person, but a great friend. He also loved his family. His sons, his wife, Cinzia. He always talked about you, but you know that. Bret was not only an amazing person, but an amazing friend, and Bret, I love you and I'll never forget you. You truly were the best.

He stands up from his chair and blows a kiss at the Heavens and walks away as we fade back to ringside.

Noble walked directly into a dropkick from Hardy who picked up Noble and went for a bodyslam. Noble reversed it though, sliding over Hardy's shoulder, and hit Hardy with a HUGE lungblower. Hardy tried grasping for air as Noble locked in the Trailer Hitch in the middle of the ring. Hardy tried to break free, but to no avail and he tapped out in 7:53! This one gets a ***1\4 rating, it was a good bout.

Winner: Jamie Noble

King: Noble picking up the impressive victory over Matt Hardy right there.

Tenay: But we've got a testimonial for Bret right now. Our World Champion, Edge. Lets take it backstage.

Edge is backstage with the PWA Title, and he's looking off to the side, obviously shaken up at the loss of his close friend, Bret Hart. He puts the title down, and looks down at it and begins to speak.

Edge: Bret, you've always been my source of guidance. My source of help, and the one man I can say has had more of an impact on my career and life than anyone else. You've been like a father to me and it feels like I lost a member of my family. I love you, Bret and I know you're in a better place, but god****it, I want you here with me today. It's selfish, but I hope you can look down on me and tell me to shut up, wipe my tears away and go continue doing the best job I possibly can to tear down the house like you did every night of your career. Bret, I loved you... No, I STILL love you, and I will never forget you.

Edge picks up the title and leaves the room as he wipes away his tears.

He climbed to the top rope, but Lashley got up quickly. TAKA flipped off with a moonsault, but Lashley caught him and dropped him with The Dominator! He covered him and got the three count in 8:13! Tenay: What a great effort by TAKA, but Bobby Lashley is just too much.

King: Lashley and TAKA, two great athletes and a great match too.

Backstage, Teddy Hart and Harry Smith are sitting in their locker room with Nattie Neidhart, and the crowd immediately bursts out in a chant for Bret seeing his family on the screen.

Smith: Tonight's our night, Teddy. We've got to show Uncle Bret just what he meant to us.

Hart: Uncle Bret, you're going to be with us tonight, in our corner.

Smith: Of course he'll be. Tonight, Uncle Bret, this one is for you!

The two stand up and walk out of the room as Nattie stays sitting on the couch looking at a magazine. The door bursts back open, and it's Harry Smith.

Smith: Come on, Nattie!

Nattie: Coming!

The locked up again, but this time, Christian does use the hair and takes Carlito down. Carlito runs across the ring and spears Christian down and punches him in the face, but the referee pulls him off and reprimands him. Christian got up and spun Carlito around, but Carlito slapped him. Christian thumbed him in the eye and hit a snap suplex and went for the cover, but it only got a two count. Christian picked up Carlito and pushed him into the corner. He kicked him over and over and stomped a mudhole in him and walked it dry. Carlito turned around and Christian went for a DDT, but Carlito reversed it and hit the Overdrive.

He went for the cover, but the referee was down. He went to the outside and hit a springboard front flip and landed on Christian's knees! Christian picked up Carlito, locked the arms and FINALLY dropped him with the Unprettier and went for the cover. The ref counted to three, and Christian won the match at 9:38! I'll give this a ***1\4 rating.

Winner: Christian Cage

Tenay: Cage picks up the win over Carlito in that great match.

King: This is all for you, Bret. Nobody is leaving anything at home.

Tenay: Well, it's time for more Bret Hart testimonials. Lets take it backstage.

Backstage, an emotional Shane McMahon is standing by and he has something in his hand which looks like a card.

McMahon: You know, death is a part of life, but it takes all the good people away from us too soon. Bret and my family had our differences in the past, but 10 years later, Bret was like the father I wish I had. Honest, supportive, funny, caring and loving. Bret gave me the key to his room in case of an emergency, and I can't help but think that he knew something was going to happen to him. He must have felt it, but the next day, I found out that Bret had a Heart Attack in his sleep, and I didn't know what to say. I still don't know what to say. But Bret, you will always be a champion to me, to PWA and to all the fans. PWA will make sure that your legacy lives on. I miss you, and I love you, and damnit Bret, NONE of us, will ever forget you.

McMahon stands up and leaves the key of Bret Hart's room sitting in the chair as we once again fade, but this time to another testimonial as Mick Foley is sitting back and emotional as ever.

Foley: I don't have much to say, because I'll break down if I try and make this go on too long, but Bret was most gifted human being I think I've ever encountered. Between Bret and Owen, there was enough love to pass to a small country of orphans. But Bret was special. I can't put my finger on it, but he just was. I now have lost two of the closest friends I've ever had in my life, and right now I am not in the best of shape, but Bret, I love you and to your family, never forget that he loved you. He loved you more than anything in the world, and damnit, you deserve better. That's it, I can't do this....

Foley fades away and we fade back in to ringside.

King: Foley, definately emotional like the rest of us here.

Tenay: Mick, you're not alone.

King: But up next, is our main event.

<COMMERCIAL BREAK>

Edge's music hits and and he makes his way down to the ring with the PWA Championship over his shoulder. He stops mid way down the ramp and shakes his head in cocky form, before sliding in the ring and taking a mic from ringside.

Edge: Mick Foley, and Champion's Showcase, I told you that I wanted to face a REAL Hardcore Legend, not some washed up has been like Mick Foley. And you told me that you had a replacement for the Rated R Superstar, so Foley, bring your FAT ASS out here right now, and hand me over a new lamb to slaughter.

Foley's music hits, and Mick Foley comes to the ring, wearing a suit. He rolls in the ring and snatches the mic away from Edge.

Foley: Edge, I told you that I'd give you competition, and I've spoken to the competiton. He's a hardcore legend, and like us, he's a former World Champion. He's one of the most sadistic son of a bitches I've ever met in my life.

Edge grabs a new mic since Foley snatched his away.

Edge: Stop flapping your gums, Foley. Who the hell is he?

Foley: He's not here right now, Edge.

Edge: You fat piece of shit! I knew you wouldn't come through, proving you are not only a has-been... but a lying sham too. I...

Foley: Calm down, Edge. I can get him out here though.

Security and referees and backstage personel come to the aid of Edge as Foley rolls back in the ring and picks up the mic.

Foley: Now that I've taken care of some of Mick Foley's personal business, let me introduce to you the man you will face at Demonology for the PWA World Championship...

Foley rips off his suit and tears off the pants, and the crowd goes INSANE...

Foley: HIS NAME... IS CACTUS JACK!!!!! AND AT DEMONOLOGY, I WILL RIP YOUR FLESH OFF OF YOUR SKIN AND FEED IT TO MY DOGS!! YOU'RE DAYS AS CHAMPION AND DAYS OF BEING PUT TOGETHER IN ONE PIECE, ARE COMING TO AN END... AND YOU CAN BANK ON THAT, EDGE! BANG BANG!!

Cactus Jack's music hits and he leaves the ring to a HUGE ovation as Edge is loaded on to a stretcher and wheeled up the ramp.

Monday Night Fight
April 21, 2008

Tenay: Welcome to Monday Night Fight!!

King: And what the hell is this?! Not even a minute into the show, and we're interrupted by this bafoon!

The opening video and pyro hit and we're taken to ringside where The Coach's music hits, and he comes down to the ring with Abyss and Brock Lesnar at his side. Coach grabs a mic from ringside and begins pacing around the ring as Abyss and Lesnar look on.

Coach: So, we're live right here on Monday Night Fight, and the question on everyone's mind is, what's the deal with Lesnar, Coach and Abyss. Well, it's simple. These two men are IT. These two men are the most dominant forces in professional wrestling. I want to be associated with men like Brock. I want to be associated with men like Abyss. We're The Elite Alliance, and we're not going to stop until the PWA is completely in our grasp. And we're starting with Christian Cage and Shane McMahon. Shane, Christian, tonight, we're challenging you to a match. Lesnar and Abyss vs. Cage and McMahon! What do you say? Do you two have the balls to accept our challenge?!

Christian's music hits, and the crowd erupts, but he doesn't come out. His wife, Denise comes to the ring. She takes a mic from ringside and gets in Coach's face.

Denise: I know I have no place in this ring. I have no business being out here, but I bought a ticket and flew out here from Tampa on my own free will. Christian has no idea I am here, but I am here for a reason. We are trying to start a family, damnit. I don't need you three destroying my husband, the future father of our children. This has got to end!

Coach: Oh, we'll end it, Denise. As soon as HE is ended.

Denise: Don't you understand? Don't touch him, or beat him down anymore. I don't want you to hurt him anymore. He's got a broken rib, and he's been coughing up blood. I want him to be able to play with our first born child instead of having to smile at him from a wheelchair.

Coach: Fine, you know what? You seem like a sweet lady, so we'll leave him alone, but under one condition.

Denise: What's that?

Coach: Join The Elite Alliance.

Denise: Are you crazy? Christian would kill me!

Coach: Well, either way, your fate is going to be just about the same.

Almost on cue, Lesnar and Abyss pounce on her, pushing her in the corner as she screams. Abyss puts her over his shoulder, and the three thugs leave the ring and walk up the ramp as we fade to commercial.
