Do not read any further if you do not want to see major spoilers for this episode.
I mean it, no joke.
I am 100% serious here.
Hell, I wish I hadn't seen the episode yet.
Maybe ever.
It's official. Eric Kripke is a B*****d.
He killed Dean. He KILLED Dean. HE. KILLED. DEAN.
I didn't think he would do it. I really didn't.
From last years final episode I felt safe in the knowledge that Sam or Bobby, or, hells bells, even Ellen, would pull some miracle fix out of their butts and save Dean (possibly by mid season sweeps ;) ).
But they didn't. HE didn't. Kripke killed Dean. I feel faint.........
I have other thoughts too, but mostly I just can't get over the fact that Dean is dead. Possibly that is the point.
What would be more shocking than killing one of your 2 main characters at the end of the first part of the 2 part season finale, then bringing them back to life in the second part?
I know!! Killing off the OTHER of your 2 main characters in the season finale of the next season!!!
Having killed every member of the Winchester clan in the last 3 years do you think Kripke can cut us a break now??
Holy S**t! Dean is in Hell! How are they going to fix this?
Okay. Now for the other thoughts. Why was Lilith so afraid of Sam when he obviously had no knowledge that he still had his YED given powers. And what was with the bright white light? Was that supposed to kill Sam after making him watch his brother being torn apart? If so, why didn't it?
Also, is that the end of Ruby? When Lilith said she had been a naughty girl did she mean that she had destroyed her?
Bobby is going to be devestated when he gets to them. Thats a point, have all the rest of the demons gone the same as Lilith?
To many questions. Too much time until the new season. Plus? Dean is in Hell.
I'm off to count the days until Burn notice and Psych come back.......No hell involved in those shows. Although Miami is VERY hot :ponder:

Hey at least he is still in one piece more or less - looks like he could get rescued? Will he come back the same though :ermm: and lots of ews at the gushing blood and meat hooks :x
I'm thinking Ruby might be gone although maybe she might be able to help Dean if she is still back on the other side.

just wonder whatever happened to ruby (and what was her real face when dean was able to see it :fear: ) after lillith took over her body :ermm: and why did lillith power didn't work on sam and scared her, i guess next season will be Sam running after lillith and trying to find a way to get his brother back (not in a good state seeing how he was mawled in the real world and tied by hooks in hell .... ewwww)

I'm gad there was no cop out, after telling us on numerous occasions that Dean couldn't be saved, to save him at the last would have been naff.
I wonder if Dean will come across Bella down there.
