Kate and Juliet must learn to work together when Jack's health is seriously compromised. Something goes wrong as Sawyer, Claire, Aaron and Miles continue their trek away from Locke's camp and back to the beach.

Have to say i loved this episode, but it might have something to do with me being a huge Jate (Jack/Kate) fan.

I liked how the Flashforward showed what led Jack to the drunken drugged state he was in for the S3 finale flashforward.

Couldn't believe he wanted to be awake whilst being operated on - didn't he trust Juliet to do the surgery?

I wonder what Kate promised Sawyer. Maybe it has something to do with his daughther back home?

I thought Juliet was incredibly brave to say what she did to Kate at the end.

Also the ending was a little weird Claire seeing her (and Jack's) Dad and then she's no where to be seen and Aaron is left alone in the jungle. What has happened to her?

Jack is always so paranoid isn't he :( I think Kate might have been doing something for Sawyer's daughter too :)

I still haven't decided whether the island has brought Jack's dad back to life or whether it is a ghost or someone else in his guise? Now we know how she was separated from Aaron :ermm:

I loved this episode, but Hurley got me worried when he suggested the Oceanic 6 were in heaven. By the looks of it they're all in hell! They're reliving their fears and nightmares (Jack is turning in to his father, Sayid's wife is dead and he's back in servitude, Sun has lost Jin, Hurley is yet again insane). Kate is also living her worst nightmare (she's burdened with responsibility and is physically unable to run away anymore), but she seems HAPPY with this - maybe she's come to some sort of acceptance of herself that the others haven't reached yet?

Another really good episode. :)

Hurley's idea that they haven't really left the island or that they're dead is a really interesting one but I don't think I buy it.

It was really nice to see Jack & Kate happy but you knew it was too early in the episode and that something was going to spoil it. :(

Nice twist with us waiting for Jack's dad to visit him and then he pop's up out of the blue to visit Claire & the baby instead. Wonder if that the last time we see Claire ?

Oooh how scary would it be if it's Claire who visit's Jack and not their father. :ph43r: Jack doesn't know they're brother & sister does he ?

Jack doesn't know Claire is his sister yet - as in on the island, but the comment he made "you're not even related to him" implied to me that he knew at that point and i think he knew before Kate's trial because Kate said she knew why he didn't want to see the baby.

I think it's possible the island could have revived Jack's Dad in some form, as his body was not in the coffin when Jack found it. I imagine there's more to tell on that issue.

The suggestion they were in heaven/dead did make me think and consider that possibility, but why would Jack's idea of heaven have him make him want to argue with Kate and be unhappy about raising his nephew. Why would Hurley be in the mental institution in heaven and why would Sayid and Sun lose their loves? Don't think it's heaven or that they're dead.
