I doubt there'll be any in the novel but online there's alot, including
the official city website.

My only view of Sitka was from a plane as we were stopping over briefly at the airport there. Prettiest locale that I've ever seen. Several small islands with many snow-capped mountains and at least one volcano.
I bought a copy of THE YIDDISH POLICEMEN'S UNION cuz I couldn't bring myself to read the entire novel online. It appears to be an alternate reality story of what might have happened if, instead of settling in Palestine, the Jews were settled in Alaska.

Might buy the book myself when I get round to it. I liked the first chapter ( I nearly said episode ! :blush: ) I read, but now the site`s acting up for me. :rolleyes:
