The only Season 6 ones I got were the first and last releases of the season.

Don't usually go for the last ones as they only have 2 episodes on the disc, but FULL CIRCLE was class, and it was a 2 hour special, so it was more like 3 episodes :)

Yep - but at least I got them online for £15 a disc :)

Pity the HMV shoppers who paid £20 each!

Why would ANYONE pay £20 for them from HMV when you can even pick them up from Tescos at about £15.99 in most cases ??

I must admit the S7 releases have taken a distinct backseat at the moment :(

I was in HMV today and noticed that the complete season 1-5 boxes are on sale for £29.99 each. Season 6 was £39.99. All the individual releases that I could see were £5.99 each.

I was very tempted. I've never really watched the show but a friend of mine swears by it.

Payday a week today. And next month was supposed to be a quiet DVD-buying month as well........ ;)

Plus my local HMV had the individual volumes going for £5.99 (they had one Season 6 volume there for £7.99, and another for £5.99, so it seems a lucky dip! :))

A definite trip into town at the weekend then :)

Picked up a couple of the Season 6 DVDs this morning in the current HMV sale.

For some bizarre reason one of them was £5.99 and one £7.99.

One's the release with DISCLOSURE, the other has MEMENTO. The odd thing is that there are episodes on the two sets that I haven't actually seen !! :o

You sure about that - aren't Disclosure and Memento in fact on the same disc - Disc 5? :)

Hold on, a quick check on Play;

I bought Vol 29 - SIGHT UNSEEN, SMOKE & MIRRORS, PARADISE LOST and METAMORPHOSIS. And;

Vol 30 - DISCLOSURE, FORSAKEN, THE CHANGELING and MEMENTO.

I haven't seen S&M, META, FORSAKEN or TC.

Smoke and Mirrors is fab - a nice sequal that wouldn't have been expected. Metamorphosis is alright - another recurring character returns, Forsaken is the story which S7's Space Race follows on from, and you should be ashamed to call youself a Stargate fan if you've not seen the quite quite superb Changeling :D
