Title: Season 1?

Am I seeing things or are we missing a season 1 thread?

It's not you. We took it out of rotation to make way for the season three thread instead.

Individual episode threads are still there though on the main Supernatural board.

Got it! Cheers.

I see you are a Derby County fan! My family are from Derby and I was in not so sunny Derby last weekend. The new indoor shopping centre has changed! Plus all the shops are really expensive now!

Yeah, the expanded Eagle Centre is a bit of a double-edged sword. It's obviously a vast improvement over the old complex, but things do seem more expensive, and the main high streets have suffered as shops close down there and move into the new complex.

Still, with that, and the Pride Park business park, Derby's a lot better than it was 10/15 years ago

Yeah, that's roughly when I moved away and every time I go back (around five times a year) it looks better.

I believe Burton is better as well now. I think major towns and cities can do with this kind of thing, the old derelict buildings remind me too much of the Thatcher era and the recession that made all the old factories close. Coming on the train through Uttoxeter and Stoke is full of old buildings with smashed windows. Not pleasant viewing!

We're not too far from the Stoke area where we are now. We used to live at Blythe Bridge which is very close to Uttoxeter. Blythe Bridge was fine, but pretty much every other area in between it and Stoke was very depressing.

To be fair, there's a fair amount of urban regeneration going on in Stoke as well. I can remember, when I was a lad, which isn't a million years ago, delapidation and dereliction abounded, in Derby, Stoke, and I'd imagine a lot of other areas. Thankfully, the old eyesores are being cleaned up, slowly. It can only be a good thing
