Not sure if anybody else is following this on E4 but Mercedes McNabb made a guest appearance on this week's episode (repeated Tuesday at 9pm?)

She was also in Supernatural this week, playing a vampire. Typecast? Nooooo!

 i notice that too
funny, she wasn't the brightest vampire in buffy, not the brightest girl in supernatural (me? a vampire? no way? i was drugged  ) but she seemed to have a more serious evil role in reaper

She didn't have much dialogue in Reaper, until right near the end.

I have been watching Reaper on E4 every week and it is very 'lazy' in a typically American sense of being very mediocre. The characters, if you could call them that, have all the charm and individual personality of a brass doornob.
It feels as though there is hardly any effort being made by the scriptwriters. The difference with the effort expended by Joss and Marti could not be greater. I always thought it was fascinating that Joss and Marti said they were 'totally exhausted' by the end of S7.
I did catch the Mercedes Mcnab episode. I thought it was a little tragic that she was reduced to being protagonist of the week in Reaper. She is still quite the attractive babe. Then again she must only be 26 or 27. sk

funny you should say that, I must admit I felt that the series was lacking after the pilot. Not that it is a bad show but it should be so much more. Still as mediocre as you could call the show it still stands head and shoulders above British shows like Torchwood (as much as they have improved).
