Having just read that the stupid Beckinsale woman has refused to appear in Rise Of The Lycans, the supposed final part of the Underworld story, in favour of taking on more serious dramatic roles (shyeah, right!), I have decided that - by way of protest - I will no longer drool over her image nor shall I ever use her again as an avatar :snooty:

A quick look on IMDB shows they've written Selene out of it. They can explain it away as "before Selene's time" all they want - it's odds on she was in it until the silly cow said "no" :rolleyes:

Interesting. Many of the UNDERWORLD actors who didn't make the second film are back: Kevin Grevioux, Bill Nighy, Michael Sheen. Of course, their characters died so a prequel was needed.

Kate's husband, Len Wiseman is listed in the credits are originating the story and as a producer.

Can't tell from this if it is bad feelings that kept Len and Kate out -- or if it was planned.

I'm glad Michael Sheen's back, Lucien was my favourite character. I wonder if the fact that he was Kate's other half when the original movie was made, only for her to hitch up with Wiseman afterwards, has anything to do with her non-appearance :shifty:
