The one where Buffy chooses death over Glory
100th episode and what an episode  there are little nods and injoke  . An other great episode for Joss Whedon who prove once again that he is still in control of his creation: stunning fight sequences and high emotional moments.
 to the teaser and Buffy’s-life-flashing-before-our-eyes pre-credits sequence
maybe the show should have ended with this episode knowing what is season six even if there are some fantatics episode (OMWF, normal again,....), this discussion, i am sure, will be developped when we will start season six
After her return from her breakdown, buffy is still having trouble with her job and make the ultimate choice to protect her sister (even if the all "she is part of me so her blood is my blood so i can close the portal" excuse is a bit too simple). buffy accepting that yes "death is your gift" (why does vision people speak in riddles? ) while watching the sun go up and a very touching speech to dawn before jumping.
the gang working together to prepare for the final battle is great (olaf's hammer becoming a god's hammer :ponder: ) and gave us some emotional moments: xander/anya, spike about buffy treating like a man, buffy/giles talk, willow/back to sanity tara and a very surprising if not shocking scene: giles killing ben (didn't look like ripper), the use of the buffy-bot was played really well
sure, even knowing that SMG had a seven years contract, buffy death was a shock, the tombstone an other one and we had to wait a full summer to find out how our favorite slayer was going to come back : madness <_<

I came back for this? :ponder:
[OK worth it!]
[OK: just snorted out loud in the library  ]
Must think about this sensibly before goiing off on an anti-Dawn crusade. More interesting things about it than that.
Besides Black Looks from librarians due to the snorting, etc. Think I'll head back to the laundrette now.
