Boy, I don't like the trick of having a film crew within the story. It's very distracting. At least here, much of the time, the doctors evade the film crew and lessen, if not exactly minimize, the distraction.
Writers seem to think that the awkward behavior most people exhibit in front of the camera is amusing and interesting. Like much comedy, however, it's only funny the first time.
The teenaged patient's situation makes for a potent story. The team leaps into squabbling cooperation. This time, Taub, the older candidate gets the big role (tho, I doubt he'll make the regular cast list).
I must apologize to PW for misleading him about Michael Michele's supposed non-reappearance. Errr... obviously, rumors were wrong. She's back. She's glorious to look at. She's gone.
I was surprised to learn that Foreman takes up one of the 3 fellowship positions. So, it's likely that only 2 of the new candidates will be chosen. So now, I'm betting on the Bitch and Thirteen cuz they'll be in constant conflict -- which writers like. Big Love is too much like Foreman, so he seems slightly less likely.

It was just hysterical the way he got with Wilson and reviewed the tape to try to figure out what was wrong with her wasn't it?
He is the Devil's Grand Daddy I swear. She seemed to think so to, How about that look she gave him?
I'm not so sure that Foreman actually gets a spot perse', all the stuff I have read still has him as regular guest on the show but not there full time. Even in this ep. he was only their for a limited time.

Remember when Wilson was being interviewed and he rambled on bizarre topics -- bringing up restroom activities resembling the situation of a certain Senator. :D

I based my perception of Forman's position (as taking one of the 3 fellowships) on what one of the candidates said. With Foreman and the beauty queen's hiring, what was once 3 positions just went down to 1. They could rig it up so that House gets to hire 3 more -- which would be neat.
I wonder if Morrison, Spencer and Epps are being phased out. Their roles have obviously been significantly reduced. Hopefully, they're getting good pay.

 the camera crew was just to show an other side of the candidats, taub pushing it to the limit (making house suspiscious enough to investigate), he is lucky to not have been fired. :ph43r: at the finale cut with house looking like a very nice doctor
bit of freudian confusion for cameron, wilson ranting and house not answering during the interviews
new girl (terzi) hired and fired on the same day (can she sue him? )
excellent episode

Great episode.
Loved the bit with Chase `acting` for the camera - nicely done. And Cameron saying she loves House, then wanting to qualify it.

not sure why house was not fan of the camera crew, was it because he wanted his team to concentrate on the case or didn't care for his reputation (or the hospital's reputation)? still loved when he was discussing the case in the OR or the scat office
