Title: Season 3 - Michelle Pace ;)
Description: Episode 1 - 5

Just thought I'd speak a bit about my first impressions of S3 after 5 eps.
Whilst it may be a slower start than S1 & 2, I'm still enjoying it. I'm liking the tension between Syd & Lauren, and the intrigue about where Syd's been for the last two years.
I don't like Lauren at the moment though. Both because she's not particularly welcoming to Syd (although granted, its a difficult situation) and also cos her accent is getting on my wick. She's speaking far too posh, and it doesn't sound right coming out of her mouth, especially when I know she's an aussie. <_<
I miss Will. :(
I'm hoping he somehow find out Syd's alive and breaks out of his witness protection programme to see her. Probably won't happen though. <sigh>
2 years does seem too fast for Vaughn to be married. Not too fast for him to move on to another relationship, but marriage? I would like to know how long they were going out before they got married.
LMAO@the argument between Syd & Lauren in ep 3. "I may have missed a lot over the last 2 years...quite a bit...but..etc." The way she says "quite a bit" cracked me up all 3 times I rewound it to hear it again.
Can't think of anything more for now. :)

Whilst I miss Francie, its not as bad as missing Will, cos I had what, 6/7 episodes(?), to get used to the fact that Francie was dead, and the double would probably be found out and then she'd be gone fro good. Whereas with Will, its all too sudden. Does anyone know if it was Will's (can't remember his real name) choice to leave, or the writers?
And yes, I miss Irina too. :(
Oh that was the other thing, when Jack was messaging Irina, I was thinking "Stop using capitals, Jack, you're shouting" :D

I miss Will, too. They did some really interesting things with his character in season 2.
I thought the start of season 3 was pretty good. They did a really good job of creating an air of suspicion and confusion for Syd. I'm still not sure about the whole "Dixon as Director" thing, though.
Bring back Kendall!

I think it was Bradley Cooper's (Will) descision to leave, because he felt that his character wasn't really going anyway. I'm sure I read that somewhere.
Speaking of characters we miss; I miss Dixon. I know he hasn't really gone anywhere, but he so has. All he gets now is exposition, apart from one ep near the end of the series. He's like a cardboard version of the Dixon we had in S1 & 2.

Dixon just doesnt seem like Syd's good friend anymore, he doesnt seem like the guy who would joke about food on missions. I miss him :(
Kendall rules! I miss his shiny head. :D

Yeah, even now I can see that Dixon is gonna be underused this season. I guess him and Syd won't be going on any more missions together either. :(
And yes, I found Kendall annoying at the time (but in a good way), but I miss him now. There's no-one really opposing things anymore - apart from the NSA guy at the beginning. I guess Lauren might fit that role though.

I miss Kendall too. But Lauren's just annoying in the really, really bad way.
Margot (what? I don't hate her! What makes you think that? :innocent: Heh. That is so my favourite smilie)

Terry O'Quinn is such a good actor. They should have kept him on for season 3. Dixon as Director just doesn't work. Would the CIA really promote him to that position when he had been so easily duped by Sloane and SD6 just a couple of years earlier?
