Title: 3x03 Bad Day At Black Rock

The promos to this episode had one of the "British-type" accents I mentioned in another post somewhere. Since it belonged to some actress I tuned in. Turns out this episode introduces a recurring character, as I understand it. A young American actress who sports the accent I heard. But as someone trained in England, maybe she has a better excuse than most.

Here's a brief interview.

This episode was half serious, half played for laughs. The image of Sam looking forlornly at Dean and whining that he'd 'Lost his shoe' still makes me giggle now  As does the goofy grin Dean gets when he realises that they can't lose :lmao:

I enjoyed the first episode of the season, it's Supernatural after all, but the second and third episodes have been much better

Oh yes, Bela is nowhere near as annoying as I thought she might be, and as an added bonus we get a bit of Bobby thrown in

That was hilarious  the shoe was class but my favourite has to be Dean throwing the pen and then the remote :lmao: I'm Batman :lmao:

The boys do humour very well  just as well as episode 2 was scary :fear:

Bela's accent grated on me a little but she was ok :)

:ph43r: excellent episode, some funny bits (sam losing his shoe, dean fun with his luck)

Bela is an interesting character who will probably come back for more

not sure about kubrick who think he is in a mission for god to go after sam  :ponder:

As people have already said very funny on the the one hand Dean I'm Batman  but also very dark like that poor guy getting a fork through the back of his head. :fear: That is what I like about Supernatural you can see moments like that coming from a mile off but you can't look away either. What did seem odd was when Bella shots Sam, Dean says "you can't go around shooting people" after everything he's seen and done is it really a shock that someone would do that and then to leaves the lotto tickets where Bella who a theft could take them. It didn't ring true somehow he is the streetwise one but I'm just nit picking here and it takes nothing away from a great episode!

It was a shame that there was no Ruby this week though.

it was obvious by the way bela was standing by dean jacket that lottery tickets were gonna disappear  dean who pickpocket her not long before should have know or maybe he thought she didn't know about the tickets (blind luck for bela)

Give the boy a break, he didn't know Bela was there when he put the tickets away

he still had the lucky bunny foot at the point but i guess his luck didn't include "bad people radar"

Yes but if had over $40,000 in my pocket I don't think I'd leave my jacket lying around where anyone could pick it up!

usually there is not that much people in a cemetary in the middle of the night

Mmmmmmm, Bela...

She can return as often as she likes

Are there any ordinary looking people in this series?? Oh, hi Bobby. Again. :ph43r:

I thought her accent was excellent, I didn't even realise she wasn't English. In fact, it was better than the British bird who was in the earlier episode

Very funny episode. The shoe bit was hilarious. Thought Dean was very quick on his feet in the cemetery at the end

I liked the idea of their father's "lock-up". I hope that gets revisited.

how much bela actually know about winchester senior and his lock up, she could have asked for every curse free boxes, with the number of demons around, she might have found of lot of buyers
