Billie Piper is on the verge of agreeing a deal with the BBC to reprise the role of Rose Tyler next year.

The News of the World claims that the former companion would return for a three episode arc for the season finale, should Piper accept the offer - reported to be £20,000.

The paper quotes a BBC insider as saying: "We are all very excited that Billie is on course to come back. We're very close to getting her to sign."

Piper left Doctor Who at the end of the second season in the episode 'Doomsday', which saw her character Rose Tyler confined to a parallel Earth with her family and boyfriend Mickey.

I for one hope it's not true Rose as a character was ok but very over rated I became very tired of the romantic sub plot between Rose and The Doctor, Rose he is a time travelling alien who's job it is to save the universe. It's not going to happen deal with it! Rose had met Sarah-Jane she knew happen to The Doctor's assistants in the end why did she think she would be any different?

:lmao: :lmao:

Laura, what`s the difference between using COLOR=white and COLOR= F5F5F5 ?

Is the last one a better off-whitish choice ? :ponder:

From memory, if you use white, then the text is still slightly visible.

Looking at it, the forum page isn't exactly white - it's more of an off-white, so

you can just see this.

Therefore, as CK says if you choose white it's going to be slightly visible, however if you choose F5F5F5 (the exact code for the forum page colour) then it will be invisible:

you can't see me!

However it is visible in the quoted text..

Well I hope they let Mickey and the rest of the family stay trapped in the parallel universe.

I don't think this is a great idea either, Piper won't want to continue after this and I think they wrote her out quite well. Its all well bringing Jack Back, as Barrowman is commited to the role long term due to Torchwood. Piper however isn't but saying that maybe she'll stick around for the 3 specials next year?
