Hi all,

I am trying to create fan art and can't find any free software that will help me. I'm not very arty but want to have a go. Can anyone suggest anything?

Also, I currently use Windows Movie Maker to make my movies but others out there seem to ahve a lot better effects. Does anyone know any better software for this as well?

For vids that i've seen made, the best software i've seen is Sony Vegas, but i don't know where they get it from because it's supposed to be very expensive. WMM still has some good effects if you know how to use them.

I've thought about making vids, but never actually worked out how.

There maybe tips available on fan vid databases like buffyvids.com or lostvideo.net (i'm a big Lost fan as well).
