Okay, that Djinn is one seriously scary looking creature, and it drains and drinks your blood? Yuck!
I loved this episode, no suprises there eh?
Jensen was amazing throughout, and although Jared didn't get much to play with this episode he did a great turn as the wussy version of the Sam we all know and love
The scene with Dean standing by his fathers grave, asking why he has to be a hero, was just heartbreaking, as was the final scene bewteen the brothers as Sam tells Dean that he is glad they are close and that what they do IS worth it
This reminded me so much of Farscape's A Human Reaction and, by extension, Won't Get Fooled Again, and also greatly of TNG's classic The Inner Light.
So, also by extension, when you take three such monumental episodes of those other series it is logical to assume that I thought this one was absolutely chuffing brilliant. In fact, maybe even my favourite episode of the series so far. Su-fracking-perb
