So I've been having some trouble recently especially with my Xbox 360, and with Rainbow Six Vegas. This could be the game or/and Xbox Live but I keep getting a red ping, and lag which causes the game to freeze. This didn't happen 2 weeks ago, so I'm thinking it might be my internet connection. Its really annoying me, and I don't know what is doing it I've reset my router, placed the Xbox in the DMZ and still I have these problems. Does anyone have any suggestions?

On another note I noticed and have been told by people on Virgin that users who have their 10 megabit service will be automatically improved to up to 20 megabit for an extra 2 quid.

Now I have a 2 megabit connection, has anyone heard anything about an upgrade or price reduction on this as I don't think they can 'logically offer' 20 megabit for £37 and just 2 megabit for £18 a month. I'm getting 10% of the speed for half the price! And I'd probably pay the extra to get the faster connection with the amount of problems I'm having with the 2 meg!
