Title: Ep 1.15 "Run!"

TV Yank - February 13, 2007 06:27 PM (GMT)
I'm much happier this week. This had many interesting storylines going. Masi and Ando in Las Vegas with the Amazon of a damsel in distress. Matt's new job (of course he was going to need the gun!). Jessica's new job (Wow! Ali sure was hot in this one). Claire's complication (life is nothing like you dream it will be).

SPOILER

Since downloaders probably don't get the promotional announcesments, this has been heavily promoted. Someone important will meet their end. Maybe in the upcoming episode. Maybe not. I think we can guess that that person won't be too important, however.

END SPOILER

Spoiler hidden by request of forum members.

Masi and Ando in Las Vegas with the Amazon of a damsel in distress.

Hiro and Ando, surely? :)

Further to those spoilers:

SPOILERS

From what I've read, the one to die will a) die on the episode broadcast March 5th, and was 'one of the characters we were introduced to in the first 15 minutes of the series'. Make of that what you will...

END SPOILERS

Thanks for the correction. Masi/Hiro makes a funny punching bag, doesn't he?

:ponder: I'm gonna have to re Ep 1.

Great episode but incredibly frustrating - Claire being so close to Nathan and not meeting - him not realising who she is from the photo - and yet if Peter had seen it <_<

Poor Hiro and Ando  they really are having a tough time - but is his lack of power just psychological ?

I thought Matt was a goner :ermm: fantastic showdown with Jessica - I thought she would have been more interested in him after he revealed he could hear Nicki

Shame we didn't get more invisible man and Peter in this though :(

From what I gather, Eccleston only signed for 4 episodes (I'm not sure if this includes his laughing cameo in 1x12). So it'll be interesting to see if they're going to leave him open to come back, or kill him off....

Someone should tell Jessica to wear sensible shoes when she goes a-huntin'

Thought it was great the way Jessica and Niki's conversation was represented through Matt

Ando continues to get funnier and funnier each week. The way he kept quoting Hiro to Hiro was hilarious

Loved the "Thanks Sulu" line

Poor Claire, all her hopes from last week torn away and now her adoptive mother's totally screwed up :(

And Sylar and Suresh - that was a surprise... how long before Sylar gets hold of The List? :o

Brilliant episode, thoroughly enjoyed it

Oh My God :o :o

Jessica just went straight off my Christmas card list by doing injuries to Matt :snooty:

How could she hurt such a sweet guy? Wonder what he'll do with the diamonds?

Spoilery talk below

I've got a horrible feeling about who's going to die :ph43r:

Ando :ph43r:

End spoilery talk.

I hope it's not, but it's what I feel.

Why didn't Claire's mother tell her Nathan's surname? Then she could have put two and two together. Can anyone say "convenient plot device?" But the whole thing is getting more and more interconnected. I love it.

I'm just more anxious to meet Mr Linderman than ever before.

Another great episode - Hiro and Ando just make the show, IMHO!!!

Syler is terrifying :fear:

Claire's mom with no memories :tear: - tho I'm glad she has finally realised what a flea bag that dog is :lmao:

I squealed when Nikki got out of the mirror in the stairwell and was having a standoff with Jess - thought they were going to end up in a huge fight!

As this is episode 15, the season is more than half way through, so its going to build up into a HUGE climax by the end of it, me thinks, with a total "OH. MY. GOD. I have to wait till the fall" type ending.

A couple of posts on this thread have been edited due to some board members requesting spoilers be covered up.

John, as you stated downloaders will not have seen the promotional materials that you have. I fell into the trap myself, I read the news in an interview with Producer Tim Kring. Because of that, I thought everyone knew.

Please, in future, if discussing future, or possible future events (i.e. from episodes not yet broadcast) Please use the spoiler measures that I took today.

TV Yank - February 14, 2007 10:37 PM (GMT)
Sorry about not whiting out the spoilers. I didn't know about the requirement. There should be a way to hide them from the email that goes out, but I suspect there isn't. That's why I hoped the "SPOILER" warning would be good enuf.

jamiearmour - February 15, 2007 01:01 AM (GMT)
It was just the discussion of episodes that haven't aired yet. We do have a few members who haven't read the gossip, seen the interviews, or watched promos.

If you do want to discuss things that relate to future episodes, please create a new thread and mark in the topic title that it contains spoilers.
