After discussions behind the scenes we've taken the decision to allow back both Claire and Max to the boards.

Their accounts have been reinstated to allow them posting permissions, however given the ill feeling prior to Christmas this will follow a controlled process in the first instance. Providing that this solution then works for all concerned then their permissions will again be upgraded to full status accordingly.

As stated above, their accounts have already been restored, so their invites back will be going out at some point later today.
