| Pop star Kylie Minogue is returning to the stage for her first concert since being treated for breast cancer. She will launch the Australian leg of a world tour, halted after her diagnosis in May 2005, at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on Saturday. The 38-year-old will play 20 concerts in her native Australia before her Showgirl tour reaches the UK next year. Changes have been made to the show because the chart-topping singer is not yet fully fit. 'Hopeful' Minogue had surgery days after her diagnosis with breast cancer, and completed chemotherapy in December. She performed UK and European dates of her greatest hits tour between March and May last year. But she was forced to cancel a headline appearance at the Glastonbury Festival that was due to close that leg of the tour.
