Avoid the original topic like the plague there be spoilers in it, and not small ones :o :lol:

Dave, when you're editing the original threads to remove spoilers, are the original versions being kept anywhere, or are they being sent away to the great messageboard in the sky? :)

I presume that Dave's been doing the same as myself; simply starting a duplicate thread for any where the original was too spoilery. The original is then left in place pages back.

I can't think of any off hand, however there have been a few original threads which have been 'edited for spoilers', where I assume a few spoilerish comments have been snipped out, while leaving the majority of the thread left as it is :)

Again, can't speak for Dave, but where I edit for spoilers I've tended to white text the affected area and leave everything physically in place that was there originally.
Either that or just XXX out the original text.

As I can only edit my own spoilers ( :blush: ) I've just started a duplicate thread on ones with spoilers that aren't just from me - the original thread is left where it is :)
For the most parts the spoilers are pretty minor but there's been the odd major one :shrug:
