Dr. Weir awakes in a sanitarium outside Washington, D.C., and is told that Atlantis and the Stargate program exist only in her mind.

Anyone watching this week's dose of Stargate might want to start with this one and then watch SG1. Doing it the other way around, like I did, will probably leave you feeling depressed watching this one

A pretty stupid story that's been done time and time again, once even on this show! Not to mention that they criminally wasted guest appearances by RDA and Alan Ruck. Given that RDA's appearances these days are scarce at best you'd think that they'd have him turn up in pivotal episodes. Instead he turns up here, where the story really didn't need him.

Very, very disappointing IMO.

I was lucky - I had the SG-1 behind the scenes thing to watch after this so it made up for it :)

While it was nice they followed up with last weeks episode (and moreso as they didn't have a 'Previously' to give it away), the fact they've done the 'main cast member in the loony bin' story which seemd to be an obligatory story for every franchise.

Still, we had 2 strong episodes in a row for the last few weeks, plus they had a mammoth SG-1 episode coupled with it meant that they could let this one slide me thinks :)

You guys have pretty much said it all. It was OK, but done before. Nothing particularly original, but killed 45 mins.

I would have been good if at the end Weir had woken up, and found out she was actually Sisko.

Still, after 200, I can forgive them anything this week.
